If you over the second apron, you cannot do S&T. No idea if Knicks could do it.
DDV tore his achilles just a month ago. He is not playing next season one would gather. Tatum came back about 11 months from his and was not 100%. That was an anomaly.
DDV played all 82 games, a first for him and was having a great season (his career includes torn ACL and other injuries. He did play 81 games for us!)
I cry for him and so wish he was part of this with is 'Nova mates.

Sentiment aside, and our new found love for Shamet one might want to consider what going over the 2nd apron does for the team.

NBA has made a big push to make Wemby the face of the league. Had me thinking Brunson and KAT are ideal players & personalities to have as faces of the league has the refs shitting on them.

Yes, there have been some shitty calls on knicks.
Lets be real, KAT was a whiney complainer for much of the season leading the league in Fouls. Many offensive. DId he really deserve to be made the Face of the league? Jalen was left off the olympic team and denied in his first season his allstar nod. He kept earniing it and likley like Melo and Ewing get one on the back end on reputation. They are earning it and if they will will be promoted as such going forward.
Wemby is a curiosity to the causual fan and NBA, an entertainment business will promote him as they have many in the past. Jalen is getting endorsements, isn league promos, etc. He is stoic, not very personable, and keeps his personal side private. Not like Ant Edwards! LOL. Brunson was a 2nd round pick and undervalued/underestimated his professional career.

Yea we know you disagree Nalod. 23 years posting and you've yet to have the Knicks back. We get the schtick.
The 2 fouls in 30 seconds on Towns to get him out of the game isn't happening to Wemby. Not counting the numerous times he gets fouled on drives and no call. He will get dinged for any tacky foul though, which a lot of it is his own doing true. But yet we get to see Wemby & the Spurs set illegal screen after illegal screen. Literally pushing the defender with two hands because he isn't strong enough yet to set good screens with his body. Fouls that would be called in KAT or anyone else. Wemby's allowed to grab and fling Alvarado out of the way for boxing him out. Wemby doesn't have to get whiny because he has been privileged with the Wemby whistle/non whistle.
Brunson getting to this level off pure hard work & dedication to his craft as an underdog is what the NBA should be pushing. Not even asking for favorable whistles either. But outside of the Wemby mental error gifting Brunson 2 fts. He would have had 3 attempts last game. All while they have allowed hand checking dating back to the Pistons & Pacers last year when it comes to allowing defenders to guard him. Meanwhile Hart has 9 fouls on him in 2 games for applying any level of defense that the Spurs have been able to apply.
