Well if he improves hia finishing at the basket and midrange then he does become much more effecient and dangerous. Hope he is not ignoring his 3 pt shot and lateral defense. I can't expect him to work on everything but hope his 3 pt shot improves and his abality to guard 3s improves with more commitment to improving lateral movement and foot work. If he takes a step forward, and Grimes has a 3 year jump, team will be super dynamic.

I swear a few weeks ago there was a video and everyone was talking about how RJ had slimmed down - now looking at this he looks sluggish and heavy IMO.

Don’t think any Miami Heat look fatty like this - ever….even at Turkey Day dinner.

The team gave his two way to Windler and signed him to a camp deal. Assuming another team doesn't steal him away, Washington will head to the G-League with a little extra scratch.
