What is Bobby Marks smoking?

45 wins should be do-able assuming our key guys stay healthy.

Right!? He should pass it along to the rest of us who have been living on cool aid

Bobby angling for a job in the event Brock moves on.

Looking at the schedule, I would not be surprised if we had a repeat of last season where we started 10-13. The first 19 games before a 10 day break after December 1st are kind of brutal.

We used to call media who underestimated knicks "haters".
ESPN has us on national games. they want ratings, not hate.
Knicks getting love cuz they did well last year. This is how it works. They earned this.
At some point has to prove it on the court.
Every year some team suprises and others disappoint. We were that surprise last year. Miami had to play in.
once healthy they got much better.
Some teams won't suck forever. Orlando is getting sneaky good. Indiana has a nice core, and Toronto, a surprise to suck last year on paper should be good even as they stand now.
how good? Who knows.
If Embiid is really on the market it will be interesting who come puts the chips in. Doe teams like Jazz and Thunder man up and cash in? He is locked up for three more years and a player option at almost $60mil in year 4. Cavs can put an interesting deal on the table centric on Mobley. Money will be hard to move. Embiid, garland and Donovan is interesting.
Philly owes out its first round picks in 2025 and 2027 with protections. Thunder first top 6 protected and to Nets in '27 top 8 protected.

Bottom line is not his contract, its the bloat of it and at 29 can he stay healthy and motivated. Reigning MVP.
Hell of a player. What happens when Embiid becomes "disgruntled"? If Im Leon I let Philly sweat it out. Fact is, Non FA desirable teams that have big assets can make a valid play for him.

I think the opposite. No doubt it'll be tough but Brunson, RJ, Hart are getting a good groove on and guys will be ready.

It's just like when this doom and gloom was about to happen and it did not: http://www.ultimateknicks.com/forum/topi...

Correct answer is orange AND blue.

Also, let's slap a Finals logo on there for good measure.

I find this acceptable.

Also, opening night is 66 days away. 😐

IQ is a different player. He really flourish last year a long side Randle and or Brunson. He a special help defender and I think if he’s used in a combo guard role (pretty high usage on ball but not a running a show plus spot up opportunities) he could be a high impact player. I hope we see it. The glut and our tendency to turn to blaming execution and not experimenting enough makes me think he could be misused and go off for someone else

I have to tell you, I don’t understand your thought process.

The Knicks - as well as IQ obviously - have been instrumental in helping IQ develop into the player he is. They are in charge of putting him into the position he is in. I don’t know where “I hope they see it” comes from; they helped produce it.

It’s weird thinking imho that seems couched in a 20 year lineage of failure that’s baked into an entirely different era of these Knicks.

Enjoy it man

I think this nails a certain phenomenon among some Knicks fans. Hit dog syndrome.
