He might as well be sitting on a bar stool.

How hard is it to coach better free throw technique? I don’t get it.

If he keeps practicing like that, he’ll keep shooting 40-50% for the rest of his career.

He is shooting them but not with a plan or technically improving. Should be practicing his shots after he has already worked out and fatigued and practicing a repeatable form deliberately. Mitch even try underhanded
