Hart is the leader of the 2nd unit, or at least a major part of it. He likes to rebound and run. 2nd unit should be built with that in mind. Guys who get up the court excell in transition.

Extend him in the off season. He is under contract for next year. Do one year extensions every year. He can stay as long as he wants.
Key is Johnny Bryant. Is there a promise to hand the keys to him after 5 years? Im likely over thinking it but its valid if Thibs goes into year 5 with no extension and perfectly cool with it. 5 years is a good run. Today and for the foreseeable future he is the coach.
One might ask whats Leons contract and plans look like?
