Extremely long and skilled. Noticeably longer and more athletic than us at the wing especially. We were able to hang in and I know we aren’t full— but this is about New Orleans. Trey Murphy looks like a star in the making. Herbert Jones is a perfect compliment and Ingram is already an all star type. Even their bench is long. If I was them I might use Zion for only 20 minutes off the bench as mismatch 5. Hrs never gonna stay healthy but for this year he could play 17-20 min off the bench
Be nice to swap 1 of our wings for 1 of those 2 wings.
Tbh if I’m NO one may have to consider trading Zion lol
Been wanting to trade RJ for Trey Murphy, but that will only happen if Zion forces it. To
They are a Zion away from being really good.
Sure has seems like Zion has sitting to force a trade and N.O. hanging on for dear life but how long can they deal with him with the sketch injuries.
Love the Pelicans. Watched a lot of their games early on before the injuries.
At the time, I thought it was a mistake to trade L. Ball but that obviously turned out to be a great move from them. This whole Zion thing is odd and really hope they can figure it out cause they can be a real dangerous and fun team to watch in the future.
We had troubles w their length the last 5 min — outscored 14-5
I noticed iq being jammed in the lane and rj unfortunately settling for 3s. It was due to them shutting down the lanes

This is what worries me with the Knicks/Cavs match up.

They’re long but their back court is smallish. Garland and Mitchell
Atlanta and Toronto were impressive a few seasons ago too

IMO - neither Garland nor Mitchell really want to defend…they will put some effort but not 110%.
Plus not sure if they have a legit defensive wing given Okoro being injured.
We on other hand have both Grimes, IQ, Hart who will legit defend in backcourt and even Deuce if needed.
This could be Cleveland downfall —- I know Mitchell will get his a bit worried about Garland going crazy.
Pelicans drafted Murphy and herb jones later in the draft and getting 2 big 2-way wings where they got them is so valuable. I would love Murphy for this team.

Could have had Jones and Deuce in the second round. Hope Rokas comes over and makes an impact.
