This is the reason why so many of us was Ok with not doing the trade. The Cavs are a better version of what we would have been if we pulled off the trade. No bench at all and no assets to build it. At least they got to keep most of their talent when Ainge wanted us to include most of ours. If you are going to trade all those picks Ainge wanted you need to keep talent you already have on your team. You can't trade all those picks and the young talent. You will be left with a top heavy team that is not good enough.

Who are the three guys? Fournier, Sims and Trevor Keels?

Go Trae! Drag that series out!

Yeah, but I'm still rooting for Landry. Those were some fun years.

I was very entertained to see the Hawks win game 5 and send it back to Atlanta.

Without Murray, Trae can play proper hero ball and maybe steal another game to make things interesting.

In terms of matchups Trae Young scares me more than any other player - 1 because he has zero fear and 2 because he can hurt you from distance where it’s more difficult to game plan.

Yes Freak is awesome, Tatum, KD, Booker but Trae given what he did to us 2 years ago and what he did last night —- kid is someone I don’t want to see tbh.

100%.

I was so glad when they didn't do the Donovan trade. Sometimes you just gotta believe in what you got and where you can get them to and the Knicks did just that.

Trae is a snarky little shit but kid has balls. I'll give him that!
We are beginning to see why SAS traded DeJante. Bit of a dick personality.

^ Oh wow, that's a really good explanation of meniscus. Thanks for posting.

I've always had it in my head that there were at least 2 general timelines for meniscus injuries and how they can be repaired/trimmed. 2-4 weeks for a small trim, 6-8+ weeks for anything more involved.

Trae has the worst shot selection of any player I’ve seen. They just started going in for him in the 4th Q but mostly they don’t. He’s hard to watch. Refs weren’t giving him any whistle. Boston lost the game with bone head PG play from Smart.

not to say Spurs do everything right, but when they traded Kawhi it looked bad when Raptors went on to win, but they new his personality and logic.
He is not a bad guy, just another example of NBA team(s) bending to the talent and hope the player sticks. He has missed a lot of games!!!!

I haven't checked but I'm pretty sure we rank right at the top in offensive rebounds which is a big reason why we are winning these games...and defense of course.

I posted this before, but no.1 in offensive rebounds and steals

Haven't watched a lot of the game, but Miami is playing like the team down 1-3 fighting to stay alive for a game 6.

I'd have expected the Bucks to have a powerful first quarter...but I don't see them having the eye of the tiger in this game.

VDesai @ 4/26/2023 10:32 PM
Miami barely got out of the play in and now they are down Herro and giving it to the Bucks. It makes zero sense, but its fascinating to watch

They have picked it up in the 2nd quarter, though.
Clean @ 4/27/2023 12:22 AM
WTF is this Bucks vs Heat game? They are making so many mistakes. Why did the Bucks not call a timeout? When your only job is to stop a Jimmy score why would you flop allowing him to get a clear last second shot at the hoop. Bulter fouled on that last second shot but the defender flopped to get the call instead of just making a hard attempt to make the shot more difficult.
CleaverGreene @ 4/27/2023 12:23 AM
Miami just won't die, and the Bucks really lack a killer instinct.
Clean @ 4/27/2023 12:29 AM
Jimmy's superstar whistle scares me. This guy gets crazy calls.
Clean @ 4/27/2023 12:36 AM
The Bucks could have easily won that in regulation. They totally fumbled this whole thing. The Heat it is then!
Clean @ 4/27/2023 12:38 AM
How do you not even get a shot off. He has plenty of time to just pull up for a semi open mid range shot and he dribbled away the clock.
Clean @ 4/27/2023 1:00 AM
If we had a healthy Randle playing like he did tonight I think we beat the Heat. No Randle makes things a lot closer if they can stop Brunson. I think Grimes is out for awhile too. Shoulder injures can linger.

Coming out of a Phish show 20 years ago, me and my buddy saw a guy collecting money.
"Hey everyone, can you spare a dollar? My brother got arrested and he needs to make bail."
I took out a dollar.
"He pissed on a cop."
And then put it back.

I felt like the Bucks pissed on a cop tonight. Between Butler hitting the buzzer beater, not calling time out, the boneheaded 3 shot foul Giannis made on Strus, and playing hot potato as the clock expired they did everything they could to lose this game. Ridiculous that Middleton is a max salary player afraid to take a shot. Hopefully Miami comes back to Earth over the weekend.
