Be Good Riddance! Celtics
down 0-2

Grant Williams? who is he ? just born the other day , firing up Jimmy Butler to rake over his butt some more on way to Game #2 win
HEAT 2 CELTs 0

Grant Williams a star ? what's going on here you have not done BIG things yet in NBA, and you going rip Butler in his face.
GOOD Luck ! Celts you need 4 of next 5 games to advance
I dont think so!

IM gonna jump on this and do the “Told y’all so”……….
Been on this before we played them “they eat leads”. They did this all season but fell short which is why they were just three games less than us. But they fuck up teams in 4th period often. Its not that boston failed, its Heat succeeded. Grant might have poked the bear but it was coming anyway.
And Mazzula is getting his lessons in.
Read Bostons offense is very isocentric with Tatum and Brown and we all know Miami knows how to deal with that.
Don’t feel bad about losing to them. Heat are good.

Hope the Knicks brass and Randall show up to watch this series. Not to scout but to watch the Heat using pure pride and effort and teamwork to best a superior team. Effort and teamwork can defeat talent when talent doesn't play for 48 minutes. Pay attention Randle and RJ learn from Jimmy and Bam.

Right! Just like how the Knicks brass showed up in Dallas last year, not to tamper, but just to watch playoff intensity

We need some form of Duncan Robinson. Jimmy played great but guy hit clutch shots despite riding significant pine this year

There has to be someone like him in draft, no? Guy played most of his college ball at Williams

EXTEND THIBS!!!!

Haha. Youre 100% right

For all the shit he took, ends up he may have been right w all the doubles etc

We are like 1 piece away plus experience

Butler it getting older. Lowry is getting fatter. Oladipo perpetually injured. (Though imagine them with healthy oladipo and herro)

We’re getting better still ascending!

Bogan Bogdovic from Detroit for Evan and Detroit's protected first or second coming up. Bogs replaces Obi in the rotation and plays 3/4, We then trade Obi for a first rounder like one of Indiana's three this year or one of Brooklyn's two, or s future protected. Then we draft BPA and develop him in the Gleague. Bogs can even start so we play RJ off the bench with IQ,Hart, and Heart. Bogs and Randall won't be in each other's way, and Bogs and Grimes spread the floor for Brunson to probe the defense and for Mitch to dart to the basket for lobs. Bogs is the type of vet teams looking to compete often get, like last season when the Celtics got Brogdon and Gallanari or when Miami got Love.

Good one Martin but I do agree with Alpha.

There isn’t a single player on Heat who takes a second off —— where our hero is in/out every other trip up the floor.

We have that - E. Fournier - he set the Knick record for 3’s last year I think and defends just as well as Duncan.

We don’t need a shooter we need someone who can shoot that Thibs will play.

I don't know if he was right with the all out auto double but what we did was better than switching everything like BOS did at the end of the game. Like the video I posted before the Heat just hunted for the switch to get Grant Williams on Bulter as much as possible. Look at how much times Bulter scored in the 4th. You will see just how much of them were on Grant. Like I said before, never auto do anything on defense. You give the offense the ability to auto know how to counter it.

These cHeat bastards are going to win it all aren't they?

Fournier shot 38% last season. Good not great. He set the record because of how many shots he had to take because we would fall behind in games due in part to his defense and not having a functioning pg. he also can’t really create his own shot

People never learn to stop taunting star players.

Honestly you could run plays for Fournier, Grimes in a similar fashion. We just don’t cut, screen or run any form
of offense.

The Heat weren’t a great three point shooting team all season.

It came down to effort and our inability to grab loose balls. We were sloppy and undisciplined.

I also thought there were a number of bull shit fouls drown by Lowery and more importantly offensive fouls on high screens on Bam nearly every play.

We out tougher Cleveland and folded against Miami.

Tamper?!?! 😱 Who would even suggest that. I don't know about you, but I don't want to live in a world where family members can't outwardly support each other. Or give a helping hand when they see one of their own trapped on a sinking ship. It's like Dominic Toretyo says:"Something, something family!"

remember when everyone laughted at Duncan Robinsons decline after he got a contract and “the heat are stupd”.

Not to self: DOn’t laugh at the Heat. Ever.

Literally outside of Brunson not 1 Knick I feel confident in on quick, clutch 3-point shot.

Grimes/IQ may get there but both catch/shoot 3’s almost too fast.

Heat legit have Struss, Vincent, Robinson and are even missing Herro who likely would have killed us.

Heat are killing it — at least to this point.

So true! Grimes especially shoots like he is rushed even when he is wide open. I hate it.

Not a great take in this moment but I actually like Grant Williams a lot and would assume Thibs would.

Also - did not realize Caleb Martin was as athletic as he looks —— guy is defending all over and has a great first step and explosive move to the hoop.
