If we win game 2 the Cavs are done

Can we just win the series and enjoy that rather than the non-guaranteed guarantee’s after 1, 2, 3 or however many games?
If no - carry on.
I had thought this was out and wondered why no replays.

Seriously. WTF were the refs looking at? They have one job.

It was interesting that the Cavs would get Mobley the ball time and time again inside the free throw circle with room to breath and he’d spin toward the basket and throw up an off balance hook shot. I don’t think he was used to a team throwing big bodies to contest his shot near the rim quite like the Knicks bigs.
He’ll probably turn and shoot 8-10ft jumpers next game as an adjustment.

Mobley looked like a boy against a man. I won’t hate on Mobley. Guy will be dominant in a few years on both sides of the ball. But he’s gotta get some quads to bang with Randle. Randle was pushing him around.

Mobley is like a terrible build on 2k. Great player to have against certain matchups and he’s perfect for switching on guards. But he’s terrible against PFs like Randle. He doesn’t have the lower body strength to body up against grown men in the paint.
Mobley looks like he has the build of MitchRob 3 years ago.

Im officially team JHart extension now. Dude played his tail off game 1
Cavs cut Love and hurt themselves and he is a key player with Miami

Definitely looked out of bounds on tv
I have been drinking this win in all weekend. So many things came together. Our FO has been super obsessed with value and our depth and role players won this game.
Brunson/Mitchell battles are fantastic. Our guy is an NBA star. He's as clutch a bucket getter as I have seen in forever. He's got a chance to really build a legacy here hitting late shots like that.
Game 2 becomes so wildly important for both teams. They can win at MSG. Home court doesnt mean much these days. We gotta win.
Somethings are looking really bad for the Cavs right now...
Remember Mobley is 21. Jules did such a number on him in game 1 it will be interesting to see how he plays in game 2. I mean Randle dad-handled him. Tossed him around and beat him up. Suddenly the vaunted Cle front line looks thin and weak. 51-38 rebounding advantage is the Knicks doing what we do.
Bottom line is Randle tossed Mobley around like a doll. Our best guy beat their best guy. Our bench murdered theirs, and we won a game where IQ/Grimes missed every shot they took. I can promise that will NOT happen again. Those guys are gonna bounce back and get DIRTY.
Its cute watching the RJ apologists. Nobody cares... just win. He's on a collision course with 20mpg and watching Josh Hart eat all his crunchtime minutes. Doesnt matter. We got depth. Brunson is the shot maker. Jules is the havoc wrecker and the rest of the crew just comes at you.

All NBA!
First half: 9 minutes, 6 points, 3 fouls
*Stews in anger*
Second half: 20 minutes, 21 points, 0 fouls, and like 3 daggers straight to the Cavs heart in the 4th.
That step back 3 over Allen is just cold...

Its really wild we got this guy at 26 as a FA. He's an elite scorer and looking more and more like an elite clutch/finisher. We just plucked this guy out of his prime from another team. They did get Frank... but still, Jalen. Damn man
I thought he would be a good scorer and a defensive liability. He plays a good role on defense and he's a flat out star on offense. What a building block guy if there such a thing
Brunson fails the Eye test. He is not short, but he don't look tall.
He is not fast, but he is quick.
He looks 40.
He is not cut.
He gets it done.
He got that Kyle Lowrey thing.
Dallas at least was smart enough to get him in the second round. Lets be real, his real surge was late in the season and validated in playoffs.
Still, knicks took a gamble with his contract.
His contract actually declines, he got front loaded.
And we did not need to pay the ransom for DM.
Game two won't be a cake walk. If we split, thats cool too.
Every game is a must win!!!!!
