Same as last time he got some court time

Sure he can,he just hasn't played this year..

Knixkik @ 4/21/2023 11:00 PM
Nice to see this game from Barrett. He did it on both ends. Randle was off today and we still blew them out. Just need it again on Sunday.
ramtour420 @ 4/21/2023 11:02 PM
Sunday the pressure is back on the Cavs to win. It's a must win game for them..
CleaverGreene @ 4/21/2023 11:02 PM
We played much more loose after a pretty bad start.

I wish Randle had found his shot the second half.

ramtour420 @ 4/21/2023 11:03 PM
I really enjoyed this tho, thank you everyone. RJ was great,Obi kicked ass, iHart was his steady self, Josh Hart was phenomenal. Yes!
BRIGGS @ 4/21/2023 11:06 PM
A lot of props to mitch r and Barrett
They steadied the ship early when it counted

I’m sure Julius will have better shot selection next game

His legs are gone.

Y’all act like you never played ball at an advanced age, after sitting for a long time. 🤣

This was an exciting win. We held them to the lowest points of any team in any matchup THIS SEASON. That's great

Winning on a bad shooting night by Randle is huge. Because you know he’s going to have an all star game soon. And that’s exactly what we need to win this series.

Ahh - having a young / efficient SG/SF playing one of his best games of his career in one of biggest games in many years —— LIFE’S GOOD.

Now - can we trade Julius?

LivingLegend @ 4/21/2023 11:34 PM
Thank goodness for that animal Josh Hart.

Brunson, RJ, Hart really key with significant games from Mitch, IQ, IHart & Obi.

GREAT NIGHT

The only downside is Grimes getting hurt. He looked to be in some major pain. His right shoulder...those injuries take forever to heal

Oh, forgot to mention, it's my birthday 🎊!!

I love the short turn around. There's been a thing with afternoon games where the crowd comes out flat, but that won't be a problem. MSG smells blood in the water and the crowd will be at a frenzied pitch. Cavs have some adjustments to make but with only a short day off it will be tough. Plus, they won't really be able to leave their hotels without facing a loudmouthed, trash talking Knicks fan. My favorite part of the game was Caris making a back door cut for a layup with 5 minutes left and then clearly hearing someone behind Mike Breen scream "You still suck LeVert!"

Brunson's post game interview said it all:
"What was different from Game 2?"
"Playing here."

My feeling? Cavs have about 5 minutes on Sunday to get a 10 point lead. If they don't, they will crumble under the pressure.

Also, absolutely brilliant coaching in the 3rd. Knicks got their first foul with 7:30 left and their 4the with 2:30. They had three nonshooting fouls and one shooting on Allen when a dunk turned into two missed free throws. The 3 nonshooting fouls let the Knicks set up their defenses. Refs aren't calling take fouls in the playoffs, even when obvious. Great coaching to recognize that.

Bickerstaff has has all season to figure out the 3 spot and still hasn't. Knicks know who they are, Cavs don't.

Went to the game tonight. Loved the atmosphere. The fans helped win this game. The Cavs were off their game the entire game. Knicks didn’t really play well, the Cavs just played worse. The Cavs missed so many wide open 3s in the first. That’s not good defense it’s poor shooting.

Barrett’s shot was dropping today which is great, but he still looks slow footed. Something’s wrong with him. Fatigue. Something he had the open lane to the layup and got caught from behind with enough time for Garland to set in front of him. That’s dead legs.

Brunson came on and took the game over. That confidence wins this series for us. I called 4-1 and believe it after seeing Brunson tonight.

Knicks lack confidence in their shots. I love the extra pass but not the extra extra extra pass. Need to figure that out. Need to know who has the best shot and when.

IQ is valuable on and off the ball and so much on defense.

Our Centers finish like grade schoolers. No finesse. Allen and Mobley are taking them out of the game offensively but can’t get them out of the box. Knick Rebounds > Cav Rebounds.

I still love Donovan Mitchell. Right decision not to pay that price, but maybe someday he will be a Knick.

Very clear Thibs adjustment. He made me proud tonight.
