Sounds like NYK was targeting a PG even before Cam.
this front office knows their players. This is exactly what McBride is.

Sounds like we couldn't afford Tyus Jones.
Cam is a lefty so more continuity backing up Jalen??
1) He isn't necessarily wrong.
2) He's as subtle as a stripper performing in the nutcracker. What's this going to accomplish?

Do you believe he released this? I get the feeling this was leaked to the media. In a letter to the league I would expect it to be straight and to the point. I would really like to see the context surrounding the single line the media chose to publish.

True. I just take for granted that Woj is the personal mouthpiece for the NY Knicks.

I agree with him. Anyone owing a single share in MSG should feel the same way. They just stripped a large portion of the revenue stream and put it in their own pocket. I assume they had the contractual right to do this, but I am kind of in the same position as Dolan. Meanwhile, Charlotte Hornets get a windfall?
Also, I kind of like the MSG mobile platform. I can watch anywhere. Other platforms kind of stink. I have most of them, so it’s not a situation where I will miss games, but it is just taking from the Knicks franchise.
I don’t see the NBA equalizing other aspects of the game. Like taxation. Like tax allocations. So, it’s all about the money grab by the league.
Not sure Dolan can do more than write a letter, but he isn’t wrong.

If he's so upset, he can sell the team

It's like socialism executed by capitalist owners of the competition.
GS has zero cap space and Steph Curry needing a sidekick. They got zero leverage and Danny knows it and is responding accordingly. He wants the Gobert return.
Thank goodness we don't have to work with Ainge anymore.

In fact, the Knicks worked with 2 adversaries that are just as stubborn in Masai and crosstown rivals. They figured out a path.
Other teams gotta curry favor with Lauri's agents to put pressure on Danny via his UFA market in 1 year.

Wonder if we could ask Joe Lacob about why his GM didn't know how restrictive the aprons were going to be and why they didn't move Klay earlier? And what was the deal with the Wiseman pick? He could have moved that pick to help Curry, you know, like what they are trying to do exactly now but now they have to do it with future picks instead of that one.

Maybe they are too busy counting the money and still mesmerized by the championship trophy they got?

Could be. Could be them also tallying up their Luxury tax dollars and cutting off their Klay leg.

Klay looked like shit going into last season the they made him an offer. He was "offended". This after missing 2.5 of 5 year mega deal.
He lost his starting job this past season. He was pissed they resigned Dray and with all his drama?
OK, Klay wanted love. Don't we all.
Dallas looks signing him. Who is playing or guarding the SF's? Im assuming Dallas starts Klay, right? They paying him Timmy JR money, but Timmy came off the bench.
See how it goes. Maybe its brilliant.

Could be my drugs, could be your drugs but I have no idea what you are saying. Again haha
All I know is that at the end of the 2021-22 season, Klay was coming off a not bad playoffs, all star appearance, and 1 more year on his contract before the new CBA rules kicked in. GS had to know what they may have at least needed to deal with regard the future of Klay and they came out on the short end of the Klay-GS saga with zero return for him playing in Dallas next season or the contribution they should have seen him making last year.
I did not know this was a thing. This opens up more trade possibilities.
