Quinn Snyder is a heck of a coach so I think this is more about finding the right guys for his system.

I tend to look at it like Thibs gave him an opportunity and check list. I, nor any of us privy to the check list.

Do these few things very well, know where you are supposed to be on defense, and the give all out effort on both sides of the ball. Keep doing those things, do them well and then increase your role and minutes.

Oh wait. You made the whole checklist thing up. He says that if you weren't in the inner circle, Thibs put a lot of pressure on you to perform in your limited time. And that pressure made it difficult.
After March 27, Portland shut Reddish down with a back injury. No other inference needed.
No need to hate on the young man. He is 23, like our boy Barrett. I think Reddish will make someone really happy someday. I'd take him back if I thought Thibs would let him play.
