Jordan Clarkson and the Utah Jazz have agreed to a three-year, $55 million contract renegotiation and extension.
The deal includes next season and two additional seasons through 25-26.
Clarkson opted into his contract for 23-24 last month.
Clarkson averaged 20.8 points, 4.0 rebounds and 4.4 assists in 32.6 minutes over 61 games last season for the Jazz as he took on a bigger role following the departure of Donovan Mitchell.
> iq shouldn’t make more as a 6th man, but this is his ceiling. He could want 9 figures (100 million over 4 years, but doubt he gets it)

This contract will be IQ's floor not his ceiling. For Clarkson, he is 31 and this is his last contract. IQ is 24 and you are paying for scintillating potential

Hope it has a player option. This is a bargain deal

You think IQ could be better than 25 / 5 and 5? I think that’s his ceiling, which is a top 30 player in the league
The perils of drafting well and having them perform as rookies is paying guys on their first big deal
I think 4 years / 80 mil is a great win for IQ
He will look at what RJ signed for and want that though

IQ is light years better defensively. Clarkson is a microwave/PPM. IQ is a 2-way player and microwave/PPM
