Some teams like OKC have just too many players and may be releasing or trading away players. Think Leon is just waiting out a roster casualty from another team ? What players you feel might become available in a month or so ?
While possible, I think they are preserving transactions and hard cap space until they have to act. I don’t think there are many must sign players at the PF that they can choose from. They may be doing their diligence without much feedback. But in the short term, I think everyone is watching Lillard and Harden and waiting for something to move there before making any other commitments.
