Anyone remember Ken " The Animal Bannister " ? I was like 11 when he was on the team with Eddie Lee Wilkins after Patrick Ewing, Marvin Webster missed the season, and prizes free agent Pat Cavanaugh missed a great deal of time, if I recall correctly

He was high on my list when the Knicks traded out of the lottery. He developed a hitch in his shot and the rest of his game followed. He was such a good college player. Probably a more extreme case of yips than even Fultz, but not talked about because he wasn’t a #1 pick and is stuck in the rubble of a complete teardown in Washington. I watched him a lot in college and he was such a good player. He looks totally different now.

Edit: even his gleague numbers are terrible. He’s shooting 36% and 21% from 3pt. Not great from the line either. Completely forgot how to shoot.

The concern in college was that he had bad diet of difficult shots, but it wasn't clear if he was athletically capable of pulling that off in the pros. You look at that lowlight clip and you'll notice that he has defenders on him tight like 85% of the time. His length, handle and explosion are subpar for the type of shots he's taking. But... He'll always have that Taco Bell commercial.

EF got some cred back shoving Obi as he did. Was not awful and maybe a real beef, or ex teamates just messing. Haliburton then yelling about the shove was also lame.

It's an act. He's trying too hard to get in players heads. I love that Brunson ignores him and keeps his mind on business. Brunson is a true pro and leader. Halliburton is a clown show. They will get a reality check come the playoffs
