It’s unclear yet if that’ll be different for the rematch Wednesday at MSG, with Caris LeVert, Darius Garland and Jarrett Allen all missing Tuesday’s game with nagging injuries.

“It’s tough. We’re missing a bunch of guys,” Mitchell said. “At the end of the day, you want a win. But you can’t dwell on this one. It sucks but we have another one [Wednesday].”

On Tuesday, the Knicks — who shot 44.2 percent overall and 38.2 percent from beyond the arc — dominated on the road.

The Cavs had been vocal the previous two days about returning favors to the Knicks after getting hammered by Thibodeau’s squad in last season’s playoffs.

Isaac Okoro, the team’s starting small forward, said the defeat stuck with him until the Knicks were eliminated by Miami. Max Strus, a newcomer, said he adopted Cleveland’s beef with the Knicks.

“Whatever we have against the Knicks, I’m in debt to that here,” said Strus.

The Knicks, conversely, were fully healthy and, like the Cavs, were operating on two days’ rest.

They took advantage and handled their business without reciprocating Cleveland’s verbal chest bumping.

“Yeah, you always see it. We don’t really care. That’s for them,” Josh Hart said. “If they want to have that chip on their shoulder that’s good for them. We don’t really care.”

If Cavs are still without Garland, Allen and LaVert we cannot lose this game. Finish them early.

Donovan's added Knicks wins as a Xav is almost as much as it would have been if he were a Knicks.

if there's one thing disappointing so far it's that Grimes looks like the same player. Still rushing everything. Not take advantage of his minutes offensively.

An injury to either Randall or RJ leaves us in a whole. Would Frontier play then ?

Doubt it. I think Sims sees the floor first if we need to fill in frontcourt minutes and Deuce sops up the rest on the perimeter.

I have a feeling that Grimes has moves in practice that he isnt confident enough to try during games, like some other young pros. Like that back to the basket, fall- away he attempted last game. Which I cant remember ever seeing him attempt in a game.

When Obi got traded, Grimes was quoted as saying that its a team that will let him "play through his mistakes". Might have been an inadvertent tell.

Yes please

Sometimes frustrating when Brunson's only goal early on seems to be to get himself going. Even if it means missing wide open guys.

Anybody ever notice that Julius holds the ball too long sometimes?

Mitchell gonna score 70 points.

Final score: Knicks 103 Cavs 95.
