Oh thank God! Not ideal, but could've been so much worse! Sit him on Friday. I don't want him anywhere near Embiid while he's iffy.

Reminds me of the Dave Debussure trade. Before my time but well documented. Traded Walt Bellemy an allster center and eventual HOF, and Howard Komives who started for two seasons before moving to the bench. The thought was move Willis to Center from PF. It created balance and chemistry. Dave did what was needed on both ends of the court.

He The block, the Tip in, and his steady play thru all games..........
He is the MVP. Not a knock on Brunson at all. OG just been doing it on both sides of the court.
The level of play is in line with how he was before the Hammy strain.

The starting 5 all have been key at some point thus far.

Lets see how the rest of this series plays out.

OG (and Bridges) kept us in touch at least a little bit during the first half too.

This morning OG is our MVP. We got to close this out but he is the front runner at the moment.
I put the Debusschre trade ahead because the pieces already in place. Reed slides to center, Bradley from Guard to SF. Core for 2 chips over next 5 years.
OG came and it looked great until Randle got hurt. Not on OG mind you but that, and playoffs we fell Apart and OG had that injury.
KAT and Bridges came after OG.

Its a great trade, fantastic and OG has gotten better each year. Dave. D was an allster prior but the chemistry was a mastertroke. Also while Bellamy was an really good center it put Reed in the middle.
