Happy New Year all. Hope we are all prosperous and happy in 2024 days. If anyone is feeling down this time of year, may next year be much better ! Won't ask you guys your resolutions but share if you want. Me personally would like to be as gregarious and funny as Todd. Anyway any predictions for the Knicks ? I make a prediction that we stand pat after the OG trade and we will by the end of the season give Jacob Toppin some time off the bench to evaluate whether he is part of the future.

I'll go ahead and predict we try hard to make a trade at the deadline but fall short once again. Brunson makes the All-Star team as a reserve, Randle does not. We take a step back in the standings this season and get in as a play-in team, win that round but go on to lose in the first round to Miami again.

Spida gets traded to Brooklyn or Miami and we acquire Clarkson or Brogdan at the Draft for Fournier, Grimes and a ton of picks. We resign OGA to a big contract close to $30M a year.

RJ and especially IQ play well in Toronto. OGA is too inconsistent offensively and shows he's not a reliable 3rd scorer either but plays great defense. Achiuwa and Flynn do nothing. Deuce earns a spot in the rotation with his defense and shooting from three. Grimes fails to step up but DVo replaces some of the offense lost in the trade.

Jokic and Denver win their second straight NBA title defeating Boston in the Finals.

Todd will get a cheerleader pregnant and go into hiding with Briggs. NYK Mentality will make a post comparing OGA to a past Hall of Famer. Briggs will return after Todd refuses to share his cheerleaders.

Oh... Knicks-wise I predict we'll go undefeated and win the championship.

I also predict that I will google gregarious.

Raptors make the playoffs, RJ plays the 2, IQ averaged 20pts+ turns into Maxey and OG is disappointing.

Grimes and DDV Average 30pts together and Hart shines at the 3

Knicks miss the playoffs after not advancing in the play in. Then we win the draft lottery and get the next Anthony Edward.

Luka blows out an ACL and the Mavs drop to 9 in the lottery.

OG becomes a fan favorite within two weeks. Maybe by 6PM.

Many Canadians will experience elation and frustration in 2024.

Sappy board members will cry like little girls at some point on January 20th. Board members with no heart at all will get teary-eyed.

I predict a Quentin revival.

There will still be complaints about the size of assets in 2024.

I predict some will think there's only a single photo here...

Prediction...Knick fans will bitch and complain about Thibs not given third stringer enough minutes. Complain about how none of our players are MJ like so we should trade them.
Complain about how well IQ is playing in Toronto.
Name trade scenarios that will never happen nor will make much of a difference.

I do see us getting incrementally better. JR and JB continuing to lead the offense. Devo continuing to ball out with bigger role. OG hitting a lot of corner threes and getting lots of steals. Grimes taking over the second unit scoring. Winning another first round. Maybe add a "smart" signing in the off season. Todd posting pictures of cheerleaders he dreams about on game threads.

Jacob Toppin can be a a beneficiary of OG's example in practice. Team needs another versatile forward with length and athleticism.
