Discount Jokic...
Black Jokic.
Totally see that
Baby Black Jokic with his dad.
Hartenstein - "I am half-black, but you can’t really see by my skin tone. Sometimes they laugh & say, ‘It’s not possible'
You can’t see it by his skin because the skin is the worse form of discrimination and really gets under my skin (pun intended).
Your complexion represents 10% of your body. Yet America uses this 10% as justification to kill, terrorize, marginalized and destroy human beings and future generations mentally and physically.
Once middle to lower class normal people recognize black and white are not countries (made up contructs) we can fully except people for who they are and not the level of melanin in their skin (or their parents skin)
News Flash - All humans migrated from Africa. Some are MR (melanin Rich) and others and MD (melanin deficient). But according to facts, we all black.
But here in the USA, there will always be kick back because nobody wants to give up their PERCEIVED power.
This skin color topic is where racism lives. Classism is the game to dominate and every NBA player are automatically invited in due to their financial status.
So I’m very happy for Hartenstein acknowledging his Dad, regardless of his skin color or how much melanin he has. I don’t care about that.
iHart is a baller. Mitch is a baller.
My question is how can we keep both?

Good enough for me.
BING BONG and Mitchy has old high school coach - this isn’t fair.
Any chance Mitch makes a return for the playoffs ?

Mitch has 20 dogs. Anyone who likes dogs that much should be a Knick
Gonna say the quiet part aloud, was the Mitch injury a blessing in disguise?
Hart has been so much more well rounded, only thing Mitch does better is OREB and even that is pretty close.
Harts passing really adds an element to our offense. He's not a traditional floor spacer but the fact that we can start the offense with him at the top of the key, even if defenses aren't glued to him, that alone has opened the paint more. Is it a coincidence that Randle has been feasting at the rim?
Hart has also been getting guys like Deuce and Grimes easy baskets on cuts, he just encourages more player movement.

No update yet on the disabled player exception the Knicks applied for 20 days ago! It seems like things are trending for Mitchell to come back this season. We're already 5 weeks into the initial 8-10 week estimate.
We have "BOG" and "AOG": Before OG and After OG.
We lost a few in a row before OG. WE also did not suck.
Lots of road games, and a tough schedule.
What I see is both are really good friends with each other and perhaps/maybe iHart sees if the money is good, starting or not splitting the job is not awful with a buddy and winning is good. No guarantee he starts forever even for another team. But who knows, maybe his wife, from Texas retired from modeling and has a baby, Life as a basketball pro means a lot of work and time on the road and maybe she has family there? I got the sense he spend his off season there? His father lives in NY?
We can do this all day long. This is his golden career moment. Age 25, prime, kicking ass and a UFA! He stays healthy he has nothing but good choices in front of him.
Bottom line: Nalod is hopeful but also understands realty and there is always a possibility something or someone better is in the horizon. WE sit here and attempt day in and day out to hypothesize scenarios but "BAM" shit happens like a trade and other signings we discount because the future is uncertain and we can only imagine taj, Burks, and Noel to help us.
