Watched a G league game. He stood out so I looked him up. He’s 27 y.o. Drafted in 2019 by Cleveland at the end of the 1st rd. I don’t know his story or why he hasn’t had nba minutes

I see it the other way. Just think about how tough it will be on most bench groups going up against Deuce, Grimes, Hart, OG, and Precious. Everyone is a tenacious defender.

I had a girlfriend who introduced me to the pleasure of pain. Right on !
Anyone who's a Knicks fan relates.
I confess, nothing like having my lady put out her cigarettes out on my nips. O the pain so delightful

Hart knows deal. JB missing out on some vital nutrition.

Thibs: "OG is very serious. He wants to do well. His mind is open. He plays incredibly hard on every possession. So even if it's not perfect right now, it's still gonna be good. Your hustle can make up for a lot. And that's really what he's doing. And each day he'll get better & better. And guys are starting to figure him out as well. That takes a little bit of time. Help where you can, hustle, be in passing lanes, get deflections, help out on the board, play physical, run the floor, move without the ball––Those are things that he does great. And then as time goes on he'll find more places where he can get scoring opportunities too"

Very interesting/ telling that Knicks went right ahead and gave Precious the back-up 5 minutes immediately and even without a practice. Given Sims had some good moments I assume Thibs wanted or likes Precious.
I’m hopeful on Precious but he looks awfully small/thin to me out there and a bit robotic —— would be something if he turns into solid small ball 5 back-up.
Seriously - that was an epic beat down - even with refs gifting Embid/Maxey about 20 FTs.
SO HAPPY for Deuce and Grimes who I’ve been hard on (wonderful game).
My boys Jalen, I-Hart, OG, J-Hart beautiful game.
I just love seeing OG defend and want so bad for him to make 200% of his shots - he has seemingly made EVERYONE fit into a role.
Julius —- Lordy that;s not a good sign that he implodes in what I thought was clearly the biggest game of the year to date. He went right back to over-dribble and refusal to make quick/simple pass —— just awful game and he’s been GREAT most of the year.

I think from a +/- standpoint Sims's minutes were always a disaster. Given the need for a back up big since Robinson went down, I don't think we should overlook the importance of also getting Precious in this trade. And hey, maybe Malachi Flynn ends up with having some value as well.

I was so happy that day but I'm happier when the Knicks win. Happier when the Knicks win with some more depth on the bench, let's get Mo Bamba 😂

Depends on their performances, but if they play this well over the next few games, their trade value goes up. Nothing like a trade to light a fire under some players butts, next man up or you may be gone.
