X-rays are negative which is good. No loose or broken bones. MRI will tell the real issue. But with a little PT n Mary Jane, he’ll b fine. Life without Randle, is what Randle hatters wanted to see.
Someone will grow in his absence. Might be a good thing in the long run, assuming Randle is back in time for the playoffs.

What's sure fire contending ? If the team is playing well and gets hot at the right time you can go further then you ever thought thus you can't ever be so complacent. You can't so cavalierly dismiss your chances even with an injury. Depth is key and perhaps a trade for a vet for a slight overpay to fill in. I will say we have 9 games and a all star break before a best scenario return so that's lucky. Maybe not a break the bank trade but I'd try to get a vet asap with a second rounder and a TPE for the next month at the very least before the buy out market. Time to bring up Jacob Toppin or an other Westchester forward and see what they can do.

If Julius is out only 1 month, might be a hidden blessing. Curious how the offense will flow now as well as the defense.

Gallo is a nice thought. He can play the 4 in today’s nba. Nowhere near the scorer Randle is but he can shoot the 3 if needed to maintain spacing

Offense will take a hit. But defense should improve. Time for OG to step up his offense which might unlock something good for the team. I agree this might be a blessing in disguise. But I’m worried that Bully Ball Randle is done for the season and 3pt shooting Randle will be back. I’ve done this after every surgery and rehab. Came back shooting better than before. Since his right is injured, that means he will do nothing but shoot jumpers and that will sharpen up his 3pt set shot. This will open up the paint more for JB and OG. Might be a winning formula come playoff time.

Let Randle rehab next 4 months. Hopefully he’s back for the playoffs. We cannot rush him back that will make a bad situation even worse
Waiting for these MRI results is as much fun as root canal.
pretty sure I heard the announcers yesterday say on the broadcast that Randle had not missed a game- we should sue them for jinxing him.
While this blows, we just need him back a couple of weeks before the playoffs start. This group is as professional a roster as I’ve ever seen. Not worried about anything other than rust

Although we also need a guy off the bench that can create his own shot. Brown is more like a Josh Hart type.
