I don’t agree with that. All three are animals. Mitch and OG you can put on any team anywhere and they do what they do. Randle is gonna do what Randle gonna do no matter who is on the floor next to him. More worried about “rust” than integration.

Re-integrating 3 key starters who were out for month(s) right before playoffs is not easy no matter how you slice it. All guys will do what they do yes, but rust is real and cohesion is real.
It sucks but take all the time you need to get healthy. Health is way more important than regular wins and seeding. Rather be a healthy 6th seed over a battered 2nd seed.
But the defense will suffer a lot now without both OGA and Grimes.
Hopefully we get healthy in time for the playoffs, and Boston burns out right before and we take them out in the first round!
Im blown away by windhorst pods who keep thinking Knicks can finish 2-3-4 and in praise of our team. Its all very sweet. The trade grades are also really good!
We are decimated and with Isiah now out we could be in a world of hurt for a while.
Knick love is all good and the bandwagon is cool but as good as Burks and Bojan are, they not carrying the team with DDV.

Knicks have been playing on fumes for awhile. I'm thinking Burks and Bogs have to be excited to start playing games that matter. Burks can go for 30 a night, Bogs a bit more, but I think it still comes down to Jalen being available. Between Jalen DDV Burks Bogs Precious Hart Gibson and Deuce Knicks can survive a missed game by iHart.
I'm happy he had the surgery. I just read something about bone spurs. Basically, if you use a joint repeatedly, sometimes the body produces the equivalent of a door jam to prevent the full motion. Sounds like that needs to get cleaned up or he'd be at risk of missing time in May. In terms of time missed/recovery time, the guy said 3 weeks is possible on the short tend and two months on the long end
Getting Bojan made the surgery the obvious move. Hopefully once he is back, thats the last we here of the issue and he can be the lockdown defender we need.
