So it’s true. Knicks have a real identity and I can’t wait until OG comes back hopefully healthy and we finally see it all together. Even without Randle, the Brunson plus defense rotation works really well.

Its why I wasn't sold on giving OG all the credit for our defensive run with him. we have the makings of a very good defensive team overall and obviously a great defensive coach. And lets be real Randle not playing improves our defense also. Mitch and OG can hopefully take us to another level.

I think you could even make the case that DDV for Grimes has also changed the landscape of D for the starting unit. Different types of defenders for sure.

Mitch and Grimes anchored a top defense 2 years ago here, they are different kind of defenders.
but I think overall we always had the makings of a good defensive team even before the OG trade.
Randle is really our worst defender now in the starting lineup and really on the team rotation if Bogs isn't getting significant minutes.
