Both upper levels at Kia center in Orlando look completely empty. Why do they even have a team there?
VDesai @ 5/3/2024 8:50 PM
Mitchell turning it up a little. Would like to see him really turn it up and have a signature game
martin @ 5/3/2024 8:57 PM
Niang has a gut, right?
DLeethal @ 5/3/2024 10:11 PM
Who has a better chance of upsetting Boston without Porzingis? That’s who I want to win. Cavs are soft AF, no way Donovan stays there.
Clean @ 5/3/2024 10:26 PM
btw for the people who put the Cavs being trash on Mitchell its on his teammates. I mean our whole strat last year was to take him out of the game and make the rest of them beat us. From looking at the box scores the only other player to step up seemed to be Garland. Strus had an ok game but not enough to be the third best for your team in the game. As seen from the regular season the Cavs are a lottery team without Mitchell.

Take note, many said we should have been smart like the Cavs and Milwaukee to duck Philly or Miami to play Indy or Orlando. Cavs going to a game 7 now and Milwaukee has been eliminated. Now after the confidence gained by beating Embid, Maxey, and the refs in what should have been 5 games but took 6, we get to face Indy who people wanted to play in the first round. Lesson learned right ? Respect your opponents but respect your own need to win and play your best. Indy always played us all season long when we were short handed. We are still without Randle and Bogs but team has grit and discipline. Not like the Bucks without Gianis and Dame for some of the series. Knicks will respect Indiana and get up for Haliburtons antics.

https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask/alec-burks-last-4-games-vs-pacers Recent history I dictates maybe Burks can get some time off the bench against Pacers, for a few minutes to rest the wings. https://stathead.com//basketball/versus-finder.cgi?request=1&match=versus_playervteam&player_id1=miltosh01&team_id1=IND&utm_source=bbr&utm_medium=sr_xsite&utm_campaign=2023_05_lnk_player_lastxgames_stathead&__hstc=180814520.2f3f33a24b44870ec4a577029c49e44b.1708214400172.1708214400173.1708214400174.1&__hssc=180814520.1.1708214400175&__hsfp=1753629408 Milton had success last season off the bench against Indy while with the Sixers.

Orlando has played celts tough all year even w KP

This is why i was hoping they’d bracket up w Celts

The Cavs are total garbage and the main issue is Mobley is softer than a roll of Charmin ultra. He has done absolutely no work on his offensive game and is possibly less impactful than he was as a rookie.

Garland is another guy I don't understand. He is as fast as Maxey and has a soft jumper, but just disappears sometimes. Maybe the Cavs should have kept Sexton.

They are missing Allen who is the only guy they have upfront that provides muscle, so you cant overreact, but despite having talent they are a plateau'd team.

Yes to Magic. Have no confidence in Cleveland even pushing Boston to 5 games.

Plus, I still have Spider on my wishlist - another 1st round bounce can go a long ways in getting him more vocal about wanting NY...

Mobley looked so promising his rookie year. Thought he was going to be Chris Bosh.

He puts up 3 points last night - in a game that goes down to the wire. There is no killer instinct on that team. The second they take a punch, they go down. DM tried his damnedest, but there's too much dead weight on that roster.

MaTT4281 @ 5/4/2024 3:24 PM
Might be the one guy in Dallas I don't hate, but oh well...

The Garland thing is simple. Garland and Mitchell don't fit in the same backcourt. It's no coincidence that their best stretches come one the other is injured.

StarPhucking gone wrong.

One of those picks turned into Jalen Williams.

PG was 28 coming off 3rd in MVP voting and first team all defense and all nba when traded to LAC July 2019. Played 81, 75, 79, 77 over four years prior to deal and then 48, 54, 31, 56, 74 and now he is 33yo and now looking for a new deal.

What to do, what to do...

That's very accurate.
