Knicks got worked at the end of that Q. OG is having a tough time in the paint. Pacers are making their 3s at a decent clip and that's the difference
Wide open 3s, beat on the boards, especially their O rebounds, McConnell killing us, bench 27-1, no offensive flow for the Knicks. We simply don't have the scoring depth. Not sure how long this can last long-term. But that 3 saved a terrible end to another half.

Precious and Mitch up front is unplayable. Those minutes killed us when we had momentum. If Precious is gonna play the 4 we need to be smart about who we put around that.
We should not be running up and down with these guys. Slow the pace down to a grind, we are trying to beat them at their game and shouldn’t be.

Deuce - Hart - OG - Precious - Mitch ain’t gonna work. Prob need Dante and Deuce out there together to bomb 3s for 3 minutes if you’re playing those guys.
Agreed, maybe with iHart, but Precious should be used at the 5 mostly and not at the 4 if Mitch is on the floor. Lost momentum for sure. Also, we let them slow down JB and the team took crappy 1 second-left shots. OG is better on the move, we keep giving him the ball and expecting him to make a play, not his strong point.

This series might be too fast for Mitch. He’s always limping and doesn’t react well in high speed basketball.
Let’s see if Thibs can scheme a masterclass 2nd half. We are going to need something from our bench.
Also, any honest Knicks fan knew depth was going to catch up with this team. We hoped for later than sooner. That is why we called for Precious to be added to the rotation. But we need to use him properly. No bench scoring usually means a loss, let's not let that happen. 24 points in their 1st quarter is where we wanted the game, not 30+. A 120-point game isn't what we want.

We get some consistent scoring from DDV, OG, or Deuce we win this. OG's missed some uncontested threes, any of which would've been large.

We need bench scoring though. Shake or Burks would help more than playing the big Precious at the 4 lineup.
