That debate was rough. Biden kind of picked it up in the end, but the beginning where he seemed to be in open mouthed stupor reminded me of visiting my grandpa in the nursing home. NYT came out with a call to replace Biden on the top of the ticket. CNN had a few articles that downplayed his struggles. Jon Stewart's take is a?must watch.
I don't see anyway that Biden can beat Trump after last night. If the Dems are running on competency and not- Trump, I think there best move is to have a real deal convention with delegate voting. Americans love a spectacle and I think with the drama free primaries, there's a good chance to get some zeitgeist going for the stretct run of the race.
This isn't meant to bed a knock against Biden or pro Trump.
