Back to backs are kinda tough but that's what you work out for, right? The more you work out, the easier it gets. In theory.

My wife got me a set of four resistance bands for 20 bucks,that came with a pouch to transport and store them. I broke them out for the first preseason game. Did a full body workout during the game. Did biceps, triceps upper and mid back, chest, shoulders, squats cable pull thrusts, glute bridges and more in the first quarter. Hey guys let's train during the games.
