Want my wife to revive her sheer lust at enjoying my body as she once did 25 years ago. Don't we all, fellas, ???? Let's form a covenant and all pledge to encourage one another to work out and do so during one qtr of every Knicks game. Exception if we are actually at a game or at a bar watching it.

I cleared the clothes and miscellaneous crap off of my adjustable bench in the spare bedroom.
Been meaning to lift some weights. It’s just that they’re so heavy.

One small step for the Bot, one giant leap for whomever wants to put their crap in the newly cleared space in the spare bedroom.

A step in the right direction non the less. I always envisioned Todd to be jacked though. I'm pretty sure most of you guys are, I'm just looking for people to join me. I've been working out with dumbbells 4xs a week since mid April and it's early October. I'm a afraid I might find an excuse to stop and if I know someone else started cause I suggested it that might keep me motivated during the winter. Theee last six months have resulted in marked health improvements despite also suffering s herniated disk in my lower back, which has hindered my progress; I had to avoid movements which compromise the lower back like squats, crunches and leg raises etc. So a work out partner in the blogosphere would be a welcome motivation factor.

I'd probably be pretty jacked if my L4-L5 wasn't such a douche.
I think I need... MORE SQUATS!!!

My L4-5, S1 is jacked up. I get spinal decompression every week or two since July. I take Ibuprofen and eliminated squats and crunches for three months. I just last week reintroduced light goblet squats, resistance pull throughs with bands, and glute bridges with 20 lbs so far no additional pain. I figure I better gain muscle to my thighs hamstrings and glutes to protect my back and I do 2 minutes of planks a few times a week. It's my feet that are numb and sore as a result of the disc problems and my right leg sometimes. Decompression has helped but I should start some more exercises to help the lower back. I just used some heat and ice this evening. Do you use CBD for inflammation and pain ? I tried it once and didn't notice any changes

CBD also had me wondering if it was doing anything at all.
I tried decompression in the form of hanging upside down. In addition to making my head nearly explode, it took my pain from an 7-8 to a 9-10! Plus I looked like a tomato. A really handsome tomato, but still.
Fuck the human body!

What I am considering doing for decompression at home is buying a chin up station, a portable one, for the back yard. One that I will adjust for a height where I can stand up while holding the bar so I can hang for 30-45 see seconds then put my feet down for 30 seconds and return to hanging for like 5-10 minutes. Hanging is also supposed to help the spine. Plus I will introduce chins and pulls ups for biceps, back, shoulders.

You guys need to up your game and go THC

The fullest expression of Cannabis with THC does not agree with me
