When are we going to sign him?Can the Knicks save a roster spot and bring him on as a coach?
Panos @ 8/17/2024 11:12 AM
I haven't witnessed him play 1 worthy minute in a Knicks uniform.

I expect him back eventually, but we still have to do our training camp rotation of partially guaranteed contracts for our GLeague squasd.

Dude is only 30... he's not ending his playing career to come back as a coach (outside of calling out 3 second violations, is he qualified?)

He was released by Detroit (!) in February and hasn't been resigned since. He might still be able to play but outside the US. I'm thinking an assistant coaching gig in NY might be more attractive.

It must hurt like an SOB, not being part of the "Nova Knicks" anymore. Especially with Bridges joining the fold. Feel bad for him.

I think how injured we were last season might have put the pause on his saved roster spot.

Do we know he has aspirations to be an assistant coach? Perhaps he has other goals outside of pro sports?
Arch is 30 years old now with career earnings of about $12.5 million. If smart with his money I'd assume he has a few mil saved and ready to sustain if he wants to get an advanced degree or use his communications degree and work in "the business" in some capacity?

He played for Bulls Gleauge team after released by Pistons.
His future? Who knows. Pro ball can be a nice way to springboard to other things also.
Or, Perhaps a future back at Villanova as head coach one day?
