Pretty good signing

Hope Ivey has a good year, because Detroit is seemingly taking a step backwards.

They were desperate losing their best shooter to FA and federal prison. To be honest, I think getting Ivey back more than makes up for losing THJ. Their still a crappy shooting team tho.

I think Schroeder will be a big loss to them too. He's annoying, but tough little mofo.

Who still has money to spend? Been waiting to see Grimes' new contract, reportedly he wants over $25M/year. Time is not his friend here.

Yeah he's delusional. But Sixers can't really afford to lose him. I'd say he'd get an annual dealing the $12M range.

Tre Mann back to the Hornets.

Championship --- no idea what Hornets are doing.

He is not delusional. He is ambitious. If you don't shoot for the stars you hit the tree tops

MaTT4281 @ 7/1/2025 8:25 PM
At least someone from that 24-25 Bucks team is happy.

Nalod @ 7/1/2025 8:35 PM
Perhaps it's the Bucks that want Giannis to make the move as they don't want the same backlash that might have happened when Luka was exiled? Very different given Bucks have their chip.

They're working on a deal to trade another center.

A person can have ambitious delusions or delusional ambitions. The two aren't mutually exclusive. I'd say he has ambitious delusions.

Duncan Robinson 3/48 to Pistons in an S&T for Fontecchio.

Can someone explain why Duncan Robinson is 16mm and Gary Trent Jr is 3

Whoever replaced Calvin Boothe did an amazing job. MPJr trade made them a contender again

Duncan is engulfed in that "Heat Culture" aura that helps their role players get overpaid. Trent has been kind of underwhelming in all of his stops

Trent does more than Duncan and shoots just as well. Im not sure how much better Duncan is than Fontecchio to be honest

$70mm a year for SGA in a salary cap league. $50mm for Hali... we are so lucky to have Brunson at his salary.
SergioNYK @ 7/2/2025 11:07 AM
Not going to miss Duncan killing us when we play Miami! And I wouldn't be surprised if he fell off a cliff without Spoelstra either.

Yes, I agree. But sometimes a person can just believe in himself and in the context of NBA salaries might as well push for all you can. Plus, how much is his agent telling him he should get. Let's see what he gets in the end.
