Right now he's the best thing to come out of the Bridges trade

I'm hoping there's some way we can bring back both Payne and Precious next year, but prob unlikely

Im hoping to improve on both of them and contend if they can't get us there.

Im impressed with his activity on defense. He is small, but he flies around and mixes it up. High energy effort. What a pest out there.

I love his energy. He has skills.

NO FEAR

He can be a difference maker and secret weapon especially when he’s on a run.

Payne playing well in the postseason would be huge.

Thibian Magic. the polls that players around the league don' want to play for him are scared.
Players with cred can get in his doghouse. Once there, its not easy to check out.
this gets you paid.
Shamet was brave enough to take the task on. He has not fully in the circle of trust but he is hanging tough.
Payne came and adapted. He is flawed and if he is not succeeding he gets the short hook.
