I'm reading on Reddit that it's worse than the MSG app.

It’s a steaming pile of shit.

Crashes on Android TV the second time you try to use it. You basically have to reinstall it every time you want to use it.

Every single person involved in the development of the Gotham Sports app should be fired yesterday, and forced to watch every Sixers game this season.

I've downloaded it and have been using it at my parents' place (they made their lives difficult by opting for YoutubeTV).
It's functional enough. Set up in a pain in the butt, it feels like it's like triple factor authentication the first time. I just stream it to the TV and call it a day.

I watched one game on the Gotham app and it was probably a 2 minute delay to live. I hate when i try to look at the box score on my phone and i've spoiled the next 2 mins of action.

IF it worked better, I might drop Cable altogether and just pay for it as I only really have Cable for YES and MSG to watch sports

We have officially entered the softer part of the schedule after a very brutal opening 20. This is the time to stack wins. Not saying we have to win all 5, but we can and should, and that would get us to 18-8 - 10 games over. Pretty big deal after a choppy start.

Hornets: We should be able to handle the Hornets, particularly since we have a scouting report on their Ball-less team. Win.

Pistons: have a wildcard in Cade... and have a few shooters in THJr Beasley that can make things difficult if they both happen to be hot. Win.

Hawks: quietly challenging team. Totally under the radar, but had an epic find in Jalen Johnson in the draft a few years ago who has had even better than best-case scenario growth and development, plus replaced the Dejounte Murray experiment with an even better and significantly cheaper replacement in Dyson Daniels. He's sort of like part of this new breed of hyper aggressive, high motor defensive wing like Eason or Thompson in Houston. We sort of see these baby OG's popping up around the league. Plus their rookie kicked our butts in the first match up. I think we win this one - our wings are finding themselves and know that we're much more dangerous if they're working hard to get themselves open rather than just parking at the 3pt line. Win.

Raptors: Under the radar dangerous. RJ is balling this year - I'm seriously happy for him. Much has been said about their poor record, but RJ missed the start of the season, and Barnes/Quickley have missed games too. Poetl is balling like crazy too and might be a top-3 center in the east. I can easily see this team getting around .500 and contending for a playoff spot. We should be able to handle them - they don't have enough reliable shooters on their roster and Quickley is still out. Win.

Wolves: I think the chemistry bit with Randle has been a bit exaggerated. I think their biggest issue is that they badly need legit PG depth. Conley is 37 and only 6'. He's missed a bunch of games already and that is throwing off the whole team. The Wolves saw the development of Edwards as a passable distributor and ball handler as a reason to pick up DiVo instead of go after a legit PG. DiVincenzo can play PG for stretches (I'd say he has good combo guard skills). He'll run plays, but he's not going to create easy baskets for others often. And of course his shooting this season continues to be terrible. No one can say if he's injured or if he's having a tough time playing with Gobert. He's finishing a poor 40.6% at the basket this season - league average is 59.2%! Last year he shot 53.5%. Maybe Gobert is hanging around the basket too much and brings his defender over with him. In any case, sure, this is a potentially tough team, but at the moment, especially with Conley & DiVo playing meh basketball, this should also be a Win.

The Hornets are free Balling.

Please put the foot on throat and put these bee's out of their misery early.

Just saw a stat stating that Knicks have been up +20 points in games +20% of the time (the highest in the league). The next highest team in terms of % being up +20 is the Grizzlies at 13% of the time. Last year Knicks were only up +20 -- 8% of the time.

Thats promising once we set our defense straight.

Still can't believe the Knicks doing this without Precious, Mitch.

Can we win this one by 40?

That is a truly wild stat. Consistency has not quite been there, but the peaks of this team are very, very high so far. This kind of dominance is what predicts championship potential

Nice. There were so many ways I could have played that.

They have a monthly subscription. They have single games you could purchase. Yeah, that or open any of the free hd streaming sites and get the same content for free. I choose the latter.

Yeah 5 minutes will leave you enough time to catch opening tipoff.

Yeah but who needs 5 minutes when the job can be done in 2 minutes or even less? Sometimes.
