About time - we’ve played them a ton, and gotten very lucky to not face a full Magic squad- they’ve played us tight before we’ve finally been able to pull away.

Is it too much to ask for a wire to wire crushing of this G League squad, or will we have to watch a close game until the 2nd half?

Interesting article in Post today.

- Knicks are tied with Pacers for most road games played in NBA
- Knicks have played 6 more road games vs home games
- Knicks have played 5 more road games than Cavs, 4 more than Celtics, 6 more than Bucks, 5 more than Heat and 5 more than OKC/Rockets

Knicks won't get on another flight again until February 4th for a small flight to Toronto or roughly a full month without a flight.

- We play 12 of next 14 AT HOME --- 2 road games are short drive to Philly and a game in Brooklyn.

"I think he's just building that cardio up, building his conditioning up. I think those are big pieces for him. Being able to be on the floor, do some contact things. But just slowly but surely, he's working his way up. Then it's always, like we continue to say, how do they respond to the things that we've done the previous day."
Is there anything left for him to still do?
"I think it's just gonna continue to be to build up that... conditioning, the contact pieces. I think those are going to be very important before he finds his way to the floor."

I have been thinking/expecting Banchero to return tonight. People love making their return in the Garden. If he doesn't play then we are getting them without Paolo, Franz, Mo and Suggs, which is obviously a game we have to take with no excuses. Even Cole Anthony goes off for 50.

Bondy just confirmed that Paolo is listed as OUT today, along with Suggs and the Wagners

I know fans want wins vs Bucks and Thunder, but a win is a win. We rest our guys vs Magic and Toronto and they pick it up (its the NBA, any team can win)its possible (Not probable) we could go 1-3 or worse for the week!

My guess is we sit KAT tonite and still have enough to beat the Magic.
If IQ is back, and if Barnes is playing and team at full they might be handful now. Raptors will be pumped to be at MSG.
