Most teams are tougher than us.
Seems that way, doesn't it? This game seemed to cave in on us when the Heat won the goaltending challenge. Seemed like nothing went right after that.

We are an ISO team. So when our guys are on we can beat anyone ( except top 3) On d we sometimes don't run out on 3 point shooters and our rebounding is fkin terrible because we rely on incredible individual rebounding from Towns and Hart. So when they get boxed out we lose the rebounding battle every time ( because we don't box out ourselves) We have two top passers in Towns and Brunson but we run zero plays that allow them to use their passing skills. Honestly, watch Towns when he gets the ball at the 3 point line. He immediately starts looking at who he can pass to on a cut. In the beginning of the season we ran cuts in those situations, now we just don't. Towns look but everyone is just standing around picking their nose.
But we are a tough bunch and we find ways to win. Difficult ways, no easy buckets for us ever. We are sooooo getting exposed in the playoffs in the second round.
I'd be shocked if they find a way to pull this one out.

Second round, you say?
Maybe.
Teams make their baskets look easy vs the Knicks, the Knicks are trying to use quantum physics to get a bucket. They work so hard to get pts, then have mental lapses on getting back on D. This is no heart lazy basketball IQ. We had more heart with less talent, because they had to play harder. This bunch is pampered and often lazy.
The ref just made the defensive play of the game for the Knicks.
OG fired up!!! Down to 5!
Damn Herro hits a 3 to stop our run
Playing with a sense of urgency now.
Like seeing all the bench players in at the same time.
Now the Knicks go completely cold
Towns missing the technical now
Looks like we'll have the ignominy of a wire to wire loss.
Towns is playing horrible ball lately
Towns called for a foul that's usually ignored when he's on offense.
Down to 5. Lets see if Knicks have one more run in them to close this
McBride is playing way better than Bridges. Can we see Deuce close?
