I was not on the fire Thibs train but since when does beating a team on an 8 game losing streak proof a coach is not bad? Thibs will not be fired since he is too close to Rose and Brunson but if he were to be fired it would be for the team not being able to beat top teams. The Heat are not even close to a top team. Since the Jimmy trade they been pretty clearly a bad team.

Can’t give Thibs too many options. It’s not because he can’t handle it. But fans will be on him after every hiccup with the rotation.
Mitch and Towns is better for this team, which lacks 3pt defense and interior defense. At least with Mitch on the court, our wings can now focus on guarding the 3.
With hart/ OG at PF, we can’t guard the 3 or the rim.

so this.. is what I came here for. I dont know if Mitch eventually starts but having him for 25-30 effective minutes AND he can play w/ Towns is the shit. That's what is going to elevate this team. Most kinda knew it all long but get distracted along the way.
That felt sooooo good! I despise the cHeat so beating them will always feel extra great! Especially sweeping them this season which hasn't happened in decades!
That 3rd quarter was something else! Outscored them 41-15! cHeat were so bad they made poor Tracy Morgan throw up! But this was a total team effort. Everyone played well after that horrific 1st quarter. Kudos to the team for being resilient and not panicking. KAT's 15-0 run in the 2nd pretty much ended the game early. He was outstanding! Dominating in and out! Bridges was great too. Had his own personal run in the 3rd. Hart with ANOTHER triple double tying the great Clyde for the franchise record. Pretty sure he is going to break it too. Great bounce back game from him with 12/13/11 and 4 steals and hit 2 threes. OG didn't shoot it well but his defense on Herro was amazing. Especially that baseline block! This was also Mitch's best game since coming back. Seemed more active and quicker. But again, total team effort and a good win!
Doris was just gushing about Mitch and how much better he looked than in San Francisco.
Her sarcasm when the camera showed the wings on the bench was kind of funny.
I know she is not a favorite of some here and she was awful when knicks were getting blown out on any of her broadcasts few years back when things sucked but there is a common thread to all this. Then the Knicks suck there the "Hate" from ESPN or Doris is earned. We fans just don't like it. It was deserving.
