Refs or not, only scoring in the mid-60s going into the fourth quarter is putrid.
I don't think most coaches in the NBA would do a worse job on offense with Towns and Brunson on the team taking turns ISO ing.

they showed two plays to highlight the pistons defens and both plays were fouls that the refs swallowed thete whistle....smh
Thibs should’ve switched it up sooner and let the momentum really shift. Would’ve liked to see Precious get some minutes — fresh legs with Towns in foul trouble could’ve helped.
Not sure why we can’t get OG or Towns deep in the post. Getting real tired of watching Towns try to drive through everyone from the top of the key.
Offensive sets were terrible — no cutting, no movement. Just brutal.

The Pistons have been hitting us however they want to and the refs have allowed, yet we haven’t shown the fortitude to withstand the hits and keep showing how “superior” we supposedly are.
But that’s no surprise. We’ve been like this all season.
It is not a reward to do their job. Also, CADE just did the hero 1 vs 3, but he got the foul doe similar contact. These calls are one-sided. They want a long series.

So what I'm seeing is the Knicks know how to throw a punch but struggle when they get punched back. They revert to iso ball and focus on complaining instead of punching back. Yes the refs are allowing stuff I haven't seen since 1994 but they also let a lot go when we were cruising in the first half. Let's see who closes this out better...
