AMazon prime show was a bit long. I liked the line up of ex players on the desk but it lacked energy. I realize the magic of Earnie, Shaq, Kenny and Charles is tough to beat. The production quality, music and graphics are dialed in and have been for years.

I think you saw a bit of jitters - specifically from Dirk - and he said as much. Those other guys - Shaq, Barks - definely have bigger personalities and they could have used a bigger personality on the panel to break the ice. I liked Dirks humility - (at some point he mentioned needing defensive schemes to cover his weaknesses). I’d want to see these guys develop. Blake came across with the most personality but o think this group could gel pretty well.

Good to see Zion healthy and playing well! Wemby is truly an alien!

It has potential. Haslem I thought was very good. Dirk spoke well but he phyusically was like laid back and looked low energy. Nash I think can add more also. For a first run it was pretty good. The girl holding it all together? Taylor Rooks I think? She was ok, not great, but Earnie is the standard and thats 20 years in the making.

If Wemby stays healthy this is the worst he will look this season and for years to come.
Nalod@ 10/25/2025 1:05 PM
He is the freak, with another 6 inches and a shooting touch at age 21. He is still 5 years from. his peak. Fun fact, he wears a 20.5 shoe. Shaq, wore a 22. Rumor is Wemby is not 7'4, but now 7'7!
The only thing I see stopping this kid from next gen great is health. Ligaments, Bones, and cirulation. Llilliard had a DVT (deep Vein Thrombosis) and likley was on blood thinners. He thenn tore his heel! Bosh had one in his lung then another forceing retirement at age 31. Fultz too had one.
Wemby's was in his shoulder and they put him on the shelf for half the season. If he on blood thinner might this lead to other issues? Im not a medical expert but am on blood thinner and understand some things. At least enough to ask questions but not to answer them. Blood clots are no joke and they don't know why the sudden rash of them in the NBA and its not just hyper tall dudes either. From what I have read he is hyper preventive in stretching and all kinds of alternative exercise. He knows of Walton and Yao Ming and their foot issues. Ralph Sampsons back. Etc etc. He does look like young Wilt who ran track for gods sake!

Hate this new game watch system where everything is broken up into 5 different streaming services along with all the existing tv options. Have had the league pass for 20 years and basic directv (tnt, espn, etc) and now I have to either pay/add additional streaming services or watch online after the game has already ended. And that's after I make the chart to figure out where each game is available for that night. Am I the only one experiencing this or is there a better way I don't know about? And yes I'm 55 so please keep it technologically simply :)

If you search " live NBA hd stream" in Google or most other search engines you'll get nothing because they just don't show them. There are other browsers for that tho. I use yandex.com search engine and it works

Morey is a head scratcher when it comes to his signing PG13, but the guy is golden drafting guards! Maxey, Mclain, and now VJ Edgecomb!
Embiid before he was hurt was the reigning MVP and was avg over 34ppgs per game and 38% frm 3pt. He was having an even better season thru 39 games. I gather he might never be that guy again but Philly's demise might be premature.
Im not saying they are gonna contend but on paper if they can manage PG13 and Embiid thru the season come playoff time they might be the kind of team you don't want to face in an early round. Thats a big if but im not talking shit until those fuckers are having post season exit interviews and knicks are still in the playoffs!

Once McCain comes back its gonna be a squeeze with Grimes. I can't see how they can afford to keep him, but do they trade him midseason? What will they get back? Grimes is hitting the 3 at an absurd rate so far this year.

Too bad he couldn't extend the warm welcome to Grimes.
Maxey, Grimes, VJ, McCain is a tight guard rotation

I think Grimes has a no-trade clause too cause of the circumstance of this rookie contract whatnot. He will be an UFA at end of season.
That's be bad side of Morey

He can waive that clause. They paid peanuts for him so its a low risk deal. Got him for Caleb Martin and a 2025 2nd round pick. I don't blame Philly for not paying him given his situation and can get great value if they play the season out with him. While his trade value is not high, it at the very least should net a 2nd round pick or other player
