How did I miss this golden nugget

I will say even though Deuce had a great game with 25 points and seemed like the only guy who can hit a three, I didn't like him trying to play hero ball at the end twice. Not his game and not his role. I would've preferred the ball to be in Mikal's hands in that situation. Bad luck by KAT cause he had a chance to win this twice and just didn't get it done. Hated how KAT played in this one. And one of those games where we couldn't hit our threes. Lots of them were open good looks too! 9/36 on the road is not gonna cut it. Shamet and KAT combined 2/14.
The three point defense continues to be our achilles heal as a team. We had a nice 8 point towards the end of the 3rd and gave up like 4 threes, two to Dru Smith, one to Jacquez and I think one to Powell. Rotations are still too slow but hopefully this gets better with more time.
Jacquez is one of those Knick killers. Always has a good game against the Knicks. Part of a list of other players around the league that are not stars, but always hurt the Knicks, like TJ McConnell. High Motor guys that barrel to the rim and have a good touch on their short ranges shots. I'm not going to lie. I would love Jacquez on our bench. He's kind of our missing piece. (TJ Too)

Ah, I missed the answer to that question. I was guessing Lavor Postell!
Just realized Deuce took 23 shots and had ZERO assists.
The running left handed layup was about as low percentage a look as we could have gotten -- was thinking we might put Clarkson in on that last possession off timeout and maybe run a wing screen with he and Kat to see if Clarkson could get into paint for a shot or kick to Deuce.

My thoughts exactly while watching game and would have benched Hart on last possession even if he'd grabbed offensive board on prior possession.

I didn't think it was really close to a goal tend either live or on replay.

Our zone D was solid for good portions (even Heat announcers were saying we were doing a great job with it and they hadn't seen Heat struggle this much this year). Than we just started leaving guys open and failing to contain dribble penetration all over the floor.
Big issue with this team down stretch is you have to be very careful playing Mitch because if he's in game teams over limit going to hack a Mitchy. Mitch also slow to block shots all year - getting to offensive rebounds but shot blocking has been step late all year.

Issue was Bridges never took a shot in the 4th - disappeared after a GREAT 3 quarters.

Love Deuce, especially when he is loose. He is great in his role and it is important but also limited, even more than say Mitch, and if you ask him to do too much outside of the responsibility and ask him to do it for long periods, he will get exposed.
He is a SG/combo guard who has a better dribble this year but he is not best when making too many decisions with the ball in his hands.
Missed the first quarter. Can someone help me understand why Diawara went in and then nada after that? Did he f up? Quick bathroom break for someone else at end of quarter that he was filling in for or maybe a defensive possession?
Wild angle I hadn't seen. Wonder if this was part of the review?

Hart made a bunch of plays at the end of the game allowed us to get to that point including a couple of key boards and a steal. I think the guy you didn't need on the floor was Shamet who was cold as ice. Josh gets 50/50 balls and these end game situations generally come down to scrambles (as last night's did).

This was the part that made no sense. There wasn't a whistle for a gold tend, but I'm pretty sure they whistled for a foul on the loose ball. And then all of a sudden they made it a goal tend and forgot they called a foul. Was almost certain there was a foul call the way the official signaled.

Also after the jump ball, and after Deuce's miss on his wild lefty hook, KAT gets the rebound and also gets fouled by Wiggins with no call, but then he was able to recover and get the good look that went in and out.
NBA prob won't say anything on its Last 2 report, but refs didnt seem to have a handle on what was happening

I don't get that either. I thought he did well for that minute that he was out there, but hard to tell when its only a minute. I just wonder what the point of that was or maybe it's so that he can get some videotape on something that they're working with him on? In any case, Mo's development is the most important on this team imo. If we can develop him into our backup PG/ point forward, it would allow us to throw out lineups that help us matchup better with long/athletic teams like Detroit and Orlando. It would also greatly benefit Deuce because he can then just be a SG on offense without having to guard a SG. On another note,. what is the deal with Hukporti? Why has he completely disappeared from the rotation? What Mike Brown is doing to him is wrong, he should find a way to get him some minutes, even if its just 5 minutes. There will be a point where Mitch will likely miss 2+ weeks of time and KAT/Yabu is not going to cut it.

I kinda get the Hukporti thing cause it should yield more minutes for Yabu.
But with OG, Brunson out, something should give a bit for someone else.
