lol no one's giving Deuce $75m. He's an undersized SG who doesn't facilitate. He's not a starter on most teams and he low key gets injured alot.
that being said I agree he's probably gone after next season and thats fine, we got his prime years dirt cheap. The next team can give him 3/30m.

Yeah I don’t expect all 3 of Jose, Deuce and Shamet to be here. I’d love to keep all 3. We will see if it’s possible.
The problem with trading Deuce is, what good player can you trade him for that only makes $4m ish? There really aren't any. So you'd have to either package him with someone else, or trade him for a future pick.
So whats more valuable to us, another season with Deuce to try to win it all? Or replenishing a pick later on, and it probably wouldn't even be a very good pick either since he could be a rental to his new team.

We need to start accumulating future picks for after our window closes 4 years from now. The further out the picks the more willing a team will be able to offer it up.

i dont think any team or coach has viewed Deuce as a starting PG. He's simply not a playmaker and thats ok. Just b/c he's 6'2 doesn't mean he has to be a PG. TOR made that same mistake with IQ who was much more of a PG than Deuce, but still much better suited as a 6th man.
I think there might be a team like the Bulls that throws the bag at Deuce to play next to a taller PG.
I go to bed at night knowing Brock Aller, Zannin, Rosas, and Perrin all reaporting to Leon got this.
I still don't know what World Wide Wes does but I think that Rasputin shit is working on Dolan keeping him chill and what not.
