Next year my bro, all game long
Fears might be decent when he's not a teenager any more.

He is not a very good halfcourt PG. He has trouble making entry passes
THE CLOSER
MR CLUTCH
PLAYOFF RRADY
BIG BODY BRUNSON
My observation - end of the 3rd on the bench, Towns with his head down says something. Bridges sitting next to him looks like he says ‘he doesn’t see you”. This makes perfect sense to me. As a small PG you can’t really see the floor. He is either looking to pass or to score. His strength is to score. Our other small guards are looking to pass first - Jose, Kolek - but they are average at D so you can’t really play them and Brunson together. Deuce, also small, plays D, but not really a PG is better but not ideal even though he can score.
Bottom line- Knicks need to fix their guard rotation if they are going to contend. Brunson is not a PG, but is worse than bad playing off the ball. I don’t know how you fix this
I don't understand playing small ball when both KAT and Big Mitch playing well
Clarkson subbed in for his defense. What a swing

A lot of the guard issues will be sorted out somewhat when Deuce is back.
We love to play down to the competition
Tied for 2 seed and we own the tiebreaker with Boston.

Now we need to hold that no.2 seed. It'd suck having a team like the Magic as a first round opponent but we'd win anyway

Not looking good - his handle is poor especially when he is slowed down and or pushed left, he can't get the ball into the post - sometimes can't even see the post thru the defender and the 3-point shot that looked so nice vs say Philly is GONE.
That was a bad performance by him specifically last night and lately he's been sketch -- assumed we'd see Kolek.
- we played with our food tonight -- all of Kat, Mikal, Jose were sleepwalking or just bad (Kat seemingly made wrong decision 90% of time)
- Clarkson offensively was beautiful with the late cuts and late shot clock passes - love how he can find a shot in traffic
- Clarkson D scares the hell out of me - he's putting in effort but he's hacking & hacking with lots of kung foo fighting (fouling) tossed in
- thought during game man we look like crap relying on Brunson so much (Shamet/Deuce would have been nice to have last night)
- it's amazing how often the ball ends up in Mikal's hands on perimeter and he can't do anything with the ball (goes left 90% off the dribble)

It really is a grind of a season and with so many sh*t teams/games I can hardly blame these guys with being bored/tired/playing with food.
Nola lacked depth and Fears did his job, but he was cracking under the pressure.
They went small, and we won the game.
The Demon kept Zion at bay.
Knicks found a way to keep it going. Play down to the comp? Maybe. But after a rough start and now healthy Pels are not bad.
WE won the game. Brunson did his fucking job. 7 in a row. Momentum is good for now. Big test tomorrow night vs a young hungry team on the road coming together.

I thought Borego did a good job coaching that team last night and it was said they are over .500 after a bad start an injuries. There starters did well and bench did give hold it knicks lead.
They were effective on KAT. YOu not wrong about "Playing with food". It happens. Good teams find a way to win. We won. Nola better than its record.
Orlando is on the way down.
Clarkson play has been impressive. Was not a fan but with Shamet out he getting some good minutes.
Jalen is our closer. Its how we built.
If anying its like OG is getting more touches and Bridges is not in rhythm?
Good win! Classic Brunson fourth quarter take over with 15 points! And it came after he had that bad stint in the third where he missed like his first 4 or 5 shots. Can't teach clutch DNA. You either are born with it or you're not and Brunson def has it! I love how he's finishing his Iso's and not giving up like he did a few games ago.
That first quarter (42 points!) was one of the best quarters of the season and a nice sign considering how slow we've started games the last few weeks. Clarkson with another solid game and he helped spark that early comeback down 6. We ended that quarter on a 13-0 run in the final two and a half minutes!
Good game at both ends from OG! Defended that monster Zion as well as you can and even blocked and striped him on drives!
Good to see Mikal hit some shots again and that's now two games he's shot it well.
KAT with another double double! A little annoyed at Hart not letting it fly from three considering how perfect he's shot it lately but maybe that hit to his hand was bothering him. Nine games to go and I'm praying we make it out healthy! Same with Mitch! Love the motor and effort but please don't dive to the floor! We're so close to the finish line! Health > Seeding
Pelicans should hire Thibs.
