Good win! Classic Brunson fourth quarter take over with 15 points! And it came after he had that bad stint in the third where he missed like his first 4 or 5 shots. Can't teach clutch DNA. You either are born with it or you're not and Brunson def has it! I love how he's finishing his Iso's and not giving up like he did a few games ago.

That first quarter (42 points!) was one of the best quarters of the season and a nice sign considering how slow we've started games the last few weeks. Clarkson with another solid game and he helped spark that early comeback down 6. We ended that quarter on a 13-0 run in the final two and a half minutes!

Good game at both ends from OG! Defended that monster Zion as well as you can and even blocked and striped him on drives!

Good to see Mikal hit some shots again and that's now two games he's shot it well.

KAT with another double double! A little annoyed at Hart not letting it fly from three considering how perfect he's shot it lately but maybe that hit to his hand was bothering him. Nine games to go and I'm praying we make it out healthy! Same with Mitch! Love the motor and effort but please don't dive to the floor! We're so close to the finish line! Health > Seeding

Pelicans should hire Thibs.

Not looking good - his handle is poor especially when he is slowed down and or pushed left, he can't get the ball into the post - sometimes can't even see the post thru the defender and the 3-point shot that looked so nice vs say Philly is GONE.

That was a bad performance by him specifically last night and lately he's been sketch -- assumed we'd see Kolek.

Thanks, haven't seen full game yet

Clarkson as a sixth man is all kinds of good. He is not a starter anymore. Lost a step. He however is cagey and is a very good passer. Actually knows how to make an entry pass. A lost art. He tries on defense and you can see he knows where to go. He is just physically not there anymore. So 10-15 min a game is perfect. Sometimes he goes off and you ride him but he is very mature and and when benched doesn't make a stink and supports his teammates.

Love his connection with Big Mitch. He actually looks for him. Kinda like how Kolek looks for Bridges.

Haha

N.O. rookie makes clear why they didn’t need Jose

That said and I said this early on not a fan of Jose though he’s fun to root for. Kole’s does a better job setting guys up

Jose dribbles too much shoots poorly and is tiny

When is mcbride due back?

Are these all better than Mitch’s FT%?

It was extremely disappointing that Kolek didn't get some of those minutes after he blew the roof off both Westchester and MSG.

What is it going to take for Brown to recognize Kolek brings more to the table overall and with greater consistency?

It will be a terrible thing if Kolek is not in the regular rotation for the playoffs when they will need a steady floor general to spell Brunson.

It doesn't matter if Deuce is back, but Clarkson, Alvarado and Kolek are not all going to get minutes in the playoffs.

Kolek is just better than Alvarado.

Clarkson and Mitch were the most interesting part of the game. Jordan upped his passing game and fed Mitch nicely.

I'm convinced Pelicans threw the game once they sat Fears with like 6 minutes left. Not saying the Knicks wouldn't have won anyway, but it was still real close at that point and Fears was cooking our guards

Kolek had chances to lock up the spot, perhaps just not ready enough at a playoff level.

Jose still got a lot to prove himself.

Kolek is easily disrupted. Jose needs to make a shot.

How and when Deuce can return to form will matter and drive Browns decisions.
Our depth is impressive.......Shamet, Deuce, GTA add Kolek are good pieces and perhaps playoff matchups will matter?
Thibs ran things differently.

In all Tyler has made great strides this season from last. Im not sure he is ready for prime time despite some nice flashes. We often assume when there is a glimpse of a break thru, there is more and he needs more time. Shamet rise especicially on defense makes it harder for coach to give rotatonal minutes.

For all his warts, GTA, like MIkal are not "Killing it" but we are beating the weaker teams. 9 games to go with some good teams in the mix its kind of "Go time" now.

Tyler is a tweener. Too good for Gleague but not quite there for the big show. Honestly I did not thik he'd be this good after his not so good start and perhaps be made gone by now or throw in via trade.

Never know how things pan out. Shamet or Deuce stay injured or have setback, and teams struggles Brown might might go with Tyler?

Macari has put out this Sunday against OKC but no other beat writer has repeated this, so we shall see.
