Knicks in 5, Finals appearance

Knicks in 7 over Hawks and my heart says NBA Champs over Spurs or Nuggets but my head says 2nd round exit vs Boston.
In the big picture Knicks while knick don't have championship pedigree Mike Brown does
As an assistant, but thats ok.
Coaches with chips don't as much as we'd love it don't bring it with them. Larry Brown? Lenny Wilkins? Both HOF greats that did not exel here just becasue we bought them int.
They were starphuchs.
Jalen is clutch, cool, High school champ. Twice NCAA division one champ and national player of the year. All good. There is a sort of culture here. This is a veteran team and coaching staff as well. It has yet to happen. Don't mean it can't.
ATL? Snyder is a hell of a coach and actually was an assistant under Mike Brown in Los Angeles. Long list of accomplishments and from a few different "trees". Is he smart?
He graduated from Duke in 1989 with a double major in philosophy and political science, and, later received a J.D. degree from Duke Law School in 1995 and an M.B.A. degree from the Duke Fuqua School of Business in 1995.[7] {/quote]I respect him, the ATL roster and think its a hell of a first round. The "Diss"? Knicks got to deal with it on the court. Hope they do. I got knicks in 5. My hope is the team unleashes some intense schmeatics that ATL can't defend. What I hope and think? Maybe Knicks in 6 is the consensus so perhaps more accurate.
We win first two at home, Split the ATL games, then up 3-1 we go into ATL and close it out there!
As for SAS? Im in the camp of "Show me" and Wemby has to be durable. Jokic has demonstrated this in his career but Wemby has not. While SAS is young they go as far as he can stay on the court. All teams have to show good health so its not worth saying beyind. Wemby is is the x-factor. He is still super skinny/Slight and if they make the finals he might be worn out by then? If Kat and Mitch are not they in for a feast!
one game at a time.
Knicks in 6 lose to pistons in ECF
Hawks are good but we should beat them in 5 games. Boston is the real test. We beat Boston, we are going all the way.
I am not looking past these Hawks. They absolutely have a puncher's chance against us. If we allow them to run the brake it will be a long series. We need to use our:
1) Brunson and Towns newfound connection. I am really excited about this.
2) Our passing within the Brown's system
3) Our size in the frontcourt. Towns and Mitch should dominate these series
. Rebounding, maybe even some post ups from Towns.
4) Last but not least we have the option to close with Brunson and that's what we have been doing in close games. I understand that our passing isn't polished enough to be relied upon in the clutch, yet. That might change right in front of our eyes, in these playoffs. It might not. But the premise was that we are going to be passing the ball in our Championship offense. It's been amazing when it's on, but it has been inconsistent.
Our Knicks don't do anything the easy way. I got Knicks in 6.
I am so glad we have 2 absolutely TOP rebounders in Towns and Mitch. Knicks in 6 is where I voted
Knicks win in 5 at worst.
