JB said after game 1 that the Knicks play best when they play with pace. Bridges plays best in transition, or with pace. The Knicks could play two man with JB and KAT but they aren't getting the most out of everyone else without it

I think that Bridges is effectively the Knicks barometer. The Knicks are at their best when Bridges is at his best… didn't they say the same thing about Bill Bradley 🧐

This summer, I’m gonna fix this summer and it’s been too long in the making

Bridges has been so very consistent for us. I hope he keeps it up.

Mikal and OG cost a lot to get. But they were 2 of the highest level of 2-way players available to be obtained. Defend multiple positions & score at all three levels. Productive without high usage.

They still have another dimension they could unlock. When we are able to routinely force mismatches allowing Mikal & OG to pick on smaller defenders at the 2/3.

Forgot about his experience in finals!

Mikal and his leadership are going to be critical in these Finals. Remember he was up 2-0 and ended up losing. I also hope Ewing, Starks and the rest of the alumni share some wisdom.

With that mob of coaches with the experience of Brown, Maurice Cheeks, and Rick Brunson its all got to be part of the daily meetings. The biggest test is yet to come! JB has executed in his past what cannot be taught which is simply "being a winner". Ewing and Starks have the knowledge of coming up short. Ewing was not a loser by any stretch. Just saying at the pro level there is the best of 7 experience whichi is different than college tournaments. Mikal also knows the pain of coming up short!

OKC has the knowledge as a team. SAS has legacy of Pop, Timmy, the Admiral and Castle's college experience to also share.

I don't know if we have any advantage over SAS vs. OKC. Nor can I say we are or should be favorites. I want to say it or talk myself into it. For all I know we might get swept by either team, or for that matter get swept ourselves! Not likly, but those are just the obvious odds!
