I liked the whole game. Maybe some felt differently in the first half, but I felt our team showed up to start the game and it was a close first half because Cavs played quite well on offense.

But our team has a different aura than theirs. I never felt any doubt at half-time about winning the game and our guys behaved like they knew it too.

The Cavs backcourt is not tough enough to propel the Cavs at this point. DM has none of Brunson's clutch energy. I thought the Cavs bigs were terrific in the first half and if DM and Harden were smart they would have emphasized setting up Allen and Mobley in the 2nd half. But the Cavs caved under our pressure to start the third and after that they couldn't regain their composure so they defaulted to freelancing on offense which was not going to cut it.

I do think we stole their souls last game. They looked like zombies in the 2nd half. Maybe fatigue plays into it, but this is for all the marbles so you can rest in the off-season. They looked dead to me.

Hats off to your guys turning up the pressure and sealing the victory early.

Allen and especially Mobley were outstanding in the 1st half. For some reason, Harden and Mitchell conatntly looked them off in the second half. The Cavs advantage is in the front court but the backcourt seems to think otherwise....

That's a convincing win. We were a little sloppy in the first half but, never looked like we were gonna lose control. Total dominance in the third and they tried but, couldn't close the gap. 5 out and CLE has no answer for it. As long as we hit those shots we should win.

I expect CLE to shoot better at home. They will feed off of their home crowd. We need to stay focused. This is a battle tested team. We cannot take them lightly at all.

Probably looking at a 5 or 6 game series. I am taking a trip Memorial Day weekend and won’t have the lucky shirt on Saturday.

Great, we are going to have to double up on the Lucky Ladies and there was barely any room left already. We’ll figure it out

Almost as miserable as watching one of his movies from the 90’s

QUICK NOTES:

Clyde looked joyous at the end of the game. I love that man. I am so happy he's around to see a championship run. And he was dressed like an LSD lollipop tonight.

Shamet's defense is on another level. He changes the game when he steps on the floor.
Maybe now people are understanding why I've been saying he's more impactful than Deuce.
He's bigger, stronger and he's a better player.
I like Deuce, but the only time he's mattered in these playoffs so far was the last game of the last series.

Brunson's game tonight was really nuanced. I think he's getting better as a leader on and off the floor. Excellent team-oriented performance tonight.

Hart shot 0.413% from three this season. He's a good shooter. I do think he sometimes fall into a deferential mindset, but I hope this game fixes that and he just bombs away.
In years past, sagging on Hart was an excellent strategy. I'm scratching my head about why opponents still think it is a good strategy in 2026. The numbers tell the opposite story.

KAT was low-key very good and attentive about doing what was needed. I believe he will have a big scoring night against the Cavs this series, but it hasn't been necessary. He's doing a lot of good on both ends of the floor.

OG is coming back. If he can keep trending we'll be more dangerous in the finals. His defense is locking in. His offense is ramping up.

Lastly, Bridges has been Mr. Right at the Right Time. He's dynamic, he jets around the court and shows up in the pocket, in the lane, slides over to take the bailout, he's a man on the move. He feels like our glue guy this series. I respect his performance so far. Very solid.

Absolutely. It surprised me. Atkinson either is a flake at this point or he lacks juice with his ball jockeys, because their marching orders should have been to increase the front court attack, not ease off it. Our guards are better than theirs. Their only true advantage is their twin tower rotations.

F LeBron. Maybe he can go back to Cleveland so he and Harden can enjoy a wonderful two weeks together next November before Harden demands a trade.

The first two rounds were ridiculous. I was chasing games around trying to figure out which channel was what. Working on the road a lot can be rough. I don't have all the streaming services and I'm never in the same place for too long. I missed the First quarter of game 6 in ATL and took a FUBO trial to get the game where I was. Cancelled the next day.

Lebron tried to F himself once and decided it wasn't as good as a threesome with Wade and Bosh
