Personally SAS I find hysterically funny. He is nothing but an act who broadcasts embellished emotionss/takes to the extreem.
A clown, a preacher, a sports host, all wrapped in one.
He is an entertainer. He is not always wrong, or correct. I don't watch ESPN but do look at the APP 2x a day.
Marble is genuine which I appreciate about him.

Karma is about perfect these days. Maybe one day when both can find a middle ground but some things one just can't undo.
If its not important to either then peace is about the best outcome.
Im worried about Karma of Trump wanting in on this and make an appearance.

SAS lacks both wit and charm.
Bulldozer finesse or mock shrill over-reactions does not make a comedian.
If it did, then Tony Hinchcliffe would actually be funny, instead of a desperate loser who panders humiliation porn to the Colosseum hordes.

Watching Isiah trade two first round picks for Eddy Curry, the worst defensive center in the league that was allergic to rebounds, after we already signed Jerome James. For those that hoped aginast the odds that Jackie Butler, Anthony Randolph or Qyntell Woods could develop into something....This is for those organizing protests in front of MSG to force Dolan to sell the team! Hoping that Walsh or Mills would finally get it right and just help us be respectable.
For those that got hyped while watching Channing Frye, David Lee and Nate and later on, Kevin Knox in summer league which was more exciting than watching anything through the regular season. For those hoping that Lexy Shved was the answer at pg.
For those that stuck around when LeBron spurned us for South Beach! When Durant told us we weren’t cool enough for the elite to sign here…
We are on a generational run....Putting up numbers in the playoffs never seen before. If any fan-base ever deservded this, its us!!! The job aint done, but tonight, we celebrate!!!!
I was around when Bob McAdoo and Spencer Hayward were disappointments

Knicks lost some talent to drugs in Spencer and later in Micheal Ray, one of my favorites

First I thought of me watching two young Knick fans interact.
Then I said.
This is how we communicated on this board back in early 2000s.

I hear you....but thinking about those dark days are making me appreciate every single minute of this run and not taking it for granted.
We had some funny freaking moments on this board during those days.

This is our guy Emir aka ActionJackson. He came out to play basketball with us that time in Riverside Park
It’s definitely a great feeling to see this come together and somehow I think we’re rewarded w a more special feeling than the celts and lakers fans get w a finals appearance
I remember when Randle thibs and Brunson were signed and thinking this is sooooo Knicks. We’re only allowed to get b+ or A- talent, or has been or super-nova diva team wreckers like Melo. But piece by piece Leon et al built an awesome team of great dudes that are easy to root for and when “on” play beautiful basketball.
As a kid I remember the last times we won, but we weren’t much of a basketball house so it was more bandwagon than true fan. But by the time of Bernard king and after I was hooked and for the last 45/years I’ve been deep behind enemy lines in Boston watching my friends celebrate many times. Hope this is the year for us finally. Don’t want to jinx anything.

When you get down to it while the Alpha knick fan wants to be the most fan of all, we are all brothers in orange and blue all with different histories, knick memories and share it with millions of new comers to the party. Its the diehard fan that in part keeps it going and is part of the story. Its why others joined. Kids watching will perhaps have this indelible memory winning a chip like I did way back and become a life long fan. Maybe someone who moved to NYC is jumping in the fray and wants to be a part of it.
"being part of it" does not mean ownership of it. We don't get any more points, money, charity, renown, pity, glory, or intelligence for having been at it for decades, or like me over half a century!
Being "chosen" means one can handle the suffering as its a meaniingful journey to preserve somthing important. If one wants to label themselves as such so be it. The glory of victory will be worn by many and even more who "Don't deserve it". Not up to us to decide whom. We chose to carry the torch for many years and maybe in part created a vacuum for others to enjoy?
For those here and have been, I hope you get what you need from this and no doubt hope to paint the town orange and blue! Stay angry my friends!

When he is not talking about the Knicks I tend to find SAS good to listen to. I know a lot of people don’t agree but that is fine.
My worry is that I think I might cry if/when we win the championship. My wife and kids has only seen me cry a few times and never on any of their accomplishments. Hope they understand.
