Unreal, this is a special team, an amazing day. may June 13th forever be a day of celebration … June 13th Knicks will forever be champions. May June 13th be an official holiday called Knicks Day. The whole city should be forever closed for celebration every 13th of June.
Next year we will be watching living NYC legends a team of legends . Forever champions. They did the impossible and finally brought a championship to NYC and will always be remembered as champions, NYC Legends forever.

Wow after 53 years we did it
Still so crazy to look at this series. Every single one came down to crunch time. Every single one required us to come back from a double digit deficit. It was 4-1, but could've been a sweep in either direction!
I'm still half convinced the refs finally let us win this one because the NBA didn't want to have to make a decision on a flagrant/suspension review of the Wemby closeout for Game 6.
I still dont even know how to act, but this was truly a special team. KAT made me eat crow. And Brunson is an all timer.
MAJOR kudos to Hart, he bailed us so many times these past few games hitting huge 3's. 8 for 15 from 3 the final 3 games. Those shots might get lost in it all, but with Shamet & Deuce ice cold we needed them badly. All the slack he got for not being a shooter but he was the shooter when needed.
its crazy because this day and age with the high scoring and pace, teams coming back from 15-20 isn't a huge deal. but these were 1990 style games where every basket and possession was huge. The physicality was off the charts. Coming back from 15 in that type of game is very difficult, the fact that we did it FIVE times including down 29! against a 60+ win team that was completely healthy and had HCA is hard to fathom.
we won this game shooting 36% on the road, everything about this run is just crazy
