I like it. DeRozan showed he could take on the playmaking role in the high post with San Antonio.. I think would super charge out second unit. The lack of a three pointer would be less of an issue if he's flanked by Landry, Deuce

Like Clarkson, he is a high volume shooter that gets his stats in volume not efficiency. Clarkson surprised me by making his game a hustle game. One of effort. I’m curious if DD can do the same thing. You get a scorer for the second unit at the cost of efficiency. Hart is actually the better three point shooter :)
Josh was number 16 in the league last season on 3P%! Straight up sniper.
I feel like DeRozan has been a waste of a career. Seems like the kind of guy who could have been a playoff legend over the past 5 years as defenses locked up on 3 point shooters and kept a big tied to the rim to prevent layups. Instead he's been stuck on ass teams. Hopefully the money keeps him happy.
DD is a dinosaur type of player. The era he's in has passed him by. At his age there are going to be limited opportunities left for him. If you're a shooter looking to land somewhere on a vet minimum, most clubs will want a three point shot in your bag. At one time, he was a bucket and hard to stop in the mid-range, but he has the wrong specialty these days.
DD is the Mitch Robinson of 3 point shooters?
Rumor is they are the same person, AKA Dr. Demar & Mr. Mitch
From god to Leon to Ian, no Derozan.
This is not fanduel or 2K. Adding "more" or a bigger name doesn't make us better. We went 12-2 against the East in the playoffs. The rest of the conference have to catch us! We don't have to catch them! No team has surpassed us on paper and no team has our chemistry and experience!
