I have been a vegetarian since 2000.But this one isn't even close. It's lasagna all the way
Had this over the weekend served at a restaurant:
A rabbit and lamb farce roulade combines deboned rabbit meat, ground lamb stuffing (farce), and a rolled-and-tied cylinder shape.
It was amazing!

You know what kinds of foods are cylinder-shaped?

You are way more adventurous than I am when ordering at a nice restaurant. I don’t try new things as much as I should. We were in Peru last year and I absolutely refused to even try guinea pig

So how were the chicken tenders?
Not exactly on topic but.
Plan on making sweetpotato taco shells this weekend. Saw a recipie off social media that looked like the move.
Now just need to figure out what im going to choose for protien. Was thinking brisket, but not 100% committed.
I love Vietnamese Ground Pork on White Rice with a side of cucumbers and tomatoes.
I feel like the poll is incomplete... enchiladas, shepherd's pie, stuffed peppers, bolognese, stuffed peppers, empanadas, dumplings, moussaka, kofta, kibbeh, dirty rice... these are some of the other ones that come to mind

Was there about 20 years ago. I would not eat it either. My wife and kids did! Issue for me was two weeks prior I was the one that found the family pet guinea pick had pass on. Fucking thing was 7 years old! I would not die. Kids were teens by then. My wife thought I did it in! I did think it though! In the end I could not.
Venture and extend the food palate is a wonderful thing. I have traveled pretty extensively to many countries so its kind of part of the gig.
