I have the same arthritis in my lower back and had a laminectomy three weeks ago. I am 55 so I'm older then Lebron but that condition can just raise up any day and make Lebron unplayable. He is relatively young and has the best medical care but he has to play at a super high level which just compounds the problems to the lower back and to his legs and feet. A bad step or a twist can just cause him to need weeks to recover and perhaps need surgery. Embi and Lebron are two fragile pieces for Philly
