Off Topic · RealGM message boards (page 1)

Ok I occasionally go over there and check those boards and I have to say that there is a huge difference between posters on here and on there, almost every thread on there turns into a fight or someone posting an immature comment which then sparks another argument. I know some on here post there too so does anyone else agree??

RealGM, MSG and YES are filled with a bunch of immature babies. I agree.

I only post on boards where people give and show respect a like. That's why I'm posting here at UK and also a few other boards.

i posted on NYKBasketball for a couple of seasons. THe people were cool but the action was slow. I checked out a couple of others and they were like you said, mostly posturing, arguing, calling one another out over nothing.

I agree thats why I came here when I found it. There are alot of youngsters over there and it is too pop. Too many people and it just gets crazy. I love it over here. This is the best knicks message board.

I think this is the 1 time where smaller is better?

Sometimes sites are reflextive of their mods or owners. RealGM tried to go hog wild and get HUGE, and now their forums are about as good as ESPN. And then you have MSG and for what I hear, they are an extention of Dolan's over-handedness policies.

It's all a balance.
